John Bango – Handy Installation and Repair

BEWARE! This guy PHYSICALLY THREATENED me in response to a CL ad because he didn’t like the wage offered for 4 hours of unskilled labor. Now I’m afraid to have anyone come out to the house — seriously people, be careful –this guy could actually be dangerous.
Direct cut and paste from the e-​mail he sent to me: «you stick your 50 to your mother a** f*cker I will stick shovel to yours as well — 50 f*cking dolars you do it yoursefl sh*thead»

NO NO NO. Dont even open the door. This guy is crook lier and NO GOOD PERSON. Stay away!!!

And taking another look yesterday, he took ALL the glass covers for the ceiling fixtures so now we’re going to have to buy whole new units for every light in the place! He also painted the linoleum floor in the utility room white – have no idea why but now that too will have to be replaced before anyone can move in. All in all, he did more damage then good. I’ve had to hire someone else to fix all the things Bango said he’d do but then on the last day he informed me he couldn’t do and all the things he damaged that only cost me more money to fix now. He’s a nice guy but just not qualified as a handyman, seems to have no sense of cleaniness (got paint on the tea kettle I left down there so now that is ruined too).
