Jean-​Louis is the most wonderful trainer and body therapist I know! He has so much anatomical and integrative knowledge, that you always learn something new during the session! I love the DMS treatment that he incorporates into the program too: we all have those stiff muscle knots that create pain and tension, the machine he uses is so effective in breaking the tissue, its just magic!
Not only he will make sure you are on top of your physical goals, he will also motivate you find more balance and joy in your life. Another bonus — his fast mind and wit will always keep you entertained! Thank you J-​L!!!
