I love this dry cleaning place, the best in our neighborhood! Super good and friendly service, plus they do a great job!

I come for the wash and fold– comforters and blankets.
They are very courteous and the washing is done fairly quickly. The large items are nicely wrapped in plastic to keep them clean.

I don’t do much dry cleaning, but I would never even think of going anywhere else in the city.
This place is great.
I have never met «Jim,» but Michelle is the best.
I had a white pea coat with a stain that she did wonders on and I have brought about 4 pairs of paints to be hemmed by her.
She is so kind and friendly and takes care of you.
One time I needed the pants a little longer and she had saved the bottom she had trimmed off and sewed it back on for me– no charge.
There is a green 10 minute curb side parking right outside which makes it incredibly convenient… really, I live too close to drive, but let’s be honest, it has happened.
Anyway 5 stars. No less.

I used to go here just because it’s close by. But now I go because of those cute little dogs. They are the cutest little *uckers. They jump all over you and lick your face and fight with each other just to get closer to you, and you almost forget the real reason you came was to do your dry cleaning. I tell you, when they start fighting over you, you feel real special… LOL

Still 5 stars but I wanted to add that they now pick up and deliver (albeit on certain days only) so that you can enjoy their great service even if you don’t live next door!

didn’t try Jim’s Laundry and cleaning service here. saw neatly bundled, washed clothes on the self ready to go. lady of the laundry was too busy to notice me enter the shop.
noticed Tsing tao paper (.60) being sold here so i just bought one here rather than look for a newspaper store while along looking for parking…

Michelle is the best! I take my dry cleaning and laundry here. I have been a customer for about 4 or 5 years. I just did my own laundry this weekend (a rarity). With that said, the deal Michelle gives you is WELL worth it. Who doesn’t want their laundry washed, folded/​and or put on a hanger? I will be a customer as long as I live in S.F.

This place is the best! Michelle is absolutely meticulous, and a wizard with tough stains. The service is fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced. You’ll be glad you went.

Since I’m pretty much next door to Jim’s perhaps I’m geographically biased. But even if that’s the case, my biases are well-​founded and you’d be a fool not to trust me.
This is the best little laundry/​alterations place ever. The name of the illustrious and talented woman everyone is talking about here is Michelle and she’s awesome, friendly, and fast. I’ve gotten stuff dry-​cleaned here and just had my jeans altered PERFECTLY which only cost 10 bucks. How can you possibly beat that?! This place is even more charming with the two jack russell terriers that come to the door to greet you. If I didn’t know any better I’d say those adorable dogs were their hook to get you to come into the store.
Go support this business. They even have curbside parking big enough for a couple of cars JUST for their customers. So go look in your closet and find out what clothes are dry-​clean only.

The people who run it are super nice! Even calling to remind me when my jeans would be ready. And I CANNOT forget the dogs.
Oh dang, there are these two adorable little pups that sit at the sewing table in the front window. The first day I arrived was foggy so they were in sweaters; pickup was sunny so they were lounging in the buff :)

This place may not look like much, but they do an excellent job dry cleaning! I spend only $ 3 – 5 for each item, and they’ve been able to help me remove some wine stains! If you are (un?)fortunate enough to live in the outer Richmond, definitely check this place out.

Very cheap and a great hemming job!
I look a number of expensive jeans to Jim’s for the first time a few months ago. I was a lil nervous since I couldn’t afford a bad hem job on any of my newly bought designer jeans. After picking up the jeans, i was quite satisfied with the alteration, considering how I only paid 8 – 10 bucks a pop. Its hard to find a cheap cleaner in the city so i would recommend Jim’s for a regular hem. I diddn’t ask for the original hem so i can’t comment on that but I could imagine the orig hem to be very affordable as well.
