Jarred Garza, Fashion Designer and Instructor

After searching for almost an entire year for a wedding dress, I had had enough with shopping and decided to have something custom made. I am so happy that I found Jarred. Although the process might seem intimidating, Jarred made it easy every step of the way. I’m not very good at communicating what I want, but he was able design exactly what I had imagined, and he did it quickly, beautifully, and within my budget. I’m extremely grateful for having found him and for what he created for me, and I’d recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank you, Jarred!

Jarred consistently impresses me with the technique and approach to which he has assembled my experimental garments from cloth. Even with pre-​made clothing, his tailoring show the professionalism that I highly recommend and return to myself. The best is that he has a great sense of style, so I genuinely want to ask and value his opinion. After working with Jarred, I have no interest to find anyone else. Very talented, cool, nice guy.

I had a wedding gown made by a bridal shop and it took them 1 year to make me a dress That I HATED… My wedding was 2 months away and was at a complete low point and didn’t know what I was going to do. I finally got myself together and started googling dress makers in SF and came across Jarred I emailed he replied right back and The process began. He had done wedding gowns before but nothing like this from what is saw. I knew what I wanted and he did just THAT. we picked out materials together down to every portion of the dress and it was amazing !! We had multiple fitting he fixed every little thing I wanted he added everything little detail I asked for and also gave his input where he saw fit … Highly highly recommend him !! Jarred is amazing. He has the knowledge and connections to make any job happen. His rates were incredibly reasonable for the quality you get (which is really top notch). I am always recommending him.

I had such a great experience with Jarred. He made some high-​end clothes for a friend’s new clothing line, and when I asked her if she knew a good designer/​seamstress, she said «YOU HAVE TO SEE JARRED!» I was not disappointed. He made me a gorgeous ball gown skirt, (complete with tulle and a mini train), a bustier and a fitted shrug, all in less than 3 weeks! I showed him a photo of the skirt, which was an amazing designer runway piece, and we drew up some sketches and he was off and running. He made all three pieces so fast and with minimal fittings. He is so good at what he does; I can’t wait to go back to him for more pieces.
His prices are reasonable for what you get — we used high quality fabrics, and the pieces fit like a glove — you will never find pieces so fabulous that fit so well anywhere! I get so many compliments on my pieces whenever I wear them, they are truly art.
