Island Grubbin

I’ve come across this spam musubi vendor a couple of times. First, at the Fremont Centerville Farmers Market and now at the Fremont Art and Wine Festival.
Spam Musubi (3.5) — spam sauteed in a «secret» sauce, rice, egg and seaweed
* this has a lot of flavor since they add the sauce in the roll. The egg gives it a little more then other places. A problem that I had was that it fell apart when I ate it, good thing that it comes in a paper bowl.
Other spam musubi places have a sauce on the side and they don’t offer the egg.
The owner is really nice and was very accommodating. While I was at the booth some customers had special dietary requests, such as no egg, or no meat. He was more then happy to make a special roll.
The price is a little higher then other places, but then the egg and flavor more then make up for it.
