Oh my God I haven’t seen beautiful pizza and amazing taste like that I’m from New York and I can say this is the closest pizza I could ever get close to over there this is my new place

I ordered for delivery from Irving pizza the guy was nice on the phone and patient with me. The pizza came hot and fresh and food came correct.

I ordered delivery through grub hub last night, and was so disappointed. It took 75 min for french fried, one slice of pizza, deep fried Oreos and a can of soda. The only warm thing was the garlic fries, which were not evenly fried and the «garlic» was just a small scoop (maybe like a teaspoons worth) of not very fresh pre diced garlic that was just sitting on the corner of the box. SO disappointing. I paid an extra $ 2 for a teaspoon of unfresh garlic. Plus the pizza was cold, with essentially VERY little cheese under the toppings (which were minimal). And the fried Oreos were even colder, some over fried and some under. It’s just a bummer because when I lived in the sunset I used to order from the Irving location almost weekly, and the food always arrived hot, on time or early, the pizza toppings were always hooked up and they had great customer service. I will never order from this location again, no matter how bad I’m craving deep fried Oreos lol. ⁰⁄₁₀ would not recommend.

never keep things people like in stock. always replace your options with the worst replacements. i use to come order from here a lot but their service has gone downhill. they do NOT listen to their customers despite how polite their customers are. i wish it was run by women and not just a bunch of men that seem like they have severe anger and stress issues. women actually run good businesses and listen to their customers.

This is the absolute shittiest restaurant that I know of! I used
to order from there, and at the time I had no cell phone reception unfortunately. According to the restaurant, the driver arrived, left, and came back. I was finally able to call them eventually. When the driver came back, I made a point to meet him and explain my situation, but I was instead directed a flurry of obscene language and slurs for several minutes. Finally I told the driver to fuck off and reported it to eat24. Upon inspection of my order, the food was all cold, and portions of the order were missing. Eat24 did there best to resolve the issue, but later that night one of my coworkers placed an order to Irving Pizza and he was given the same rude treatment by the restaurant manager over the phone. He received his food over two hours later, which was unfit to eat, so he threw it away. The manager of the restaurant did not seem concerned with the issue, in fact he was extremely rude over the phone. I hope Irving Pizza is shut down forever. Do not eat here!

I love to get this place’s pizza when I’m in the neighborhood so I thought they were deserving a chance on Eat24. Let me note that Eat24 is usually terrible but when I needed them in an emergency last time, they weren’t too bad. Today, I ordered French fries, chicken strips, and the deep fried Oreos. I was very suprised about how warm the food was since I live by 1^st street. Let me tell you, this was the best eat24 order but it was also the farthest place Ive ever ordered from. I’ve ordered from places very close only to have (literally) rotten, inedible food delivered to me. The chicken strips could be a lot better, to be honest. I never saw them cooked this way so I wonder if it’s intentional or if they just don’t know how to cook chicken strips. The rest of the food was pretty good. The fries are excellent and big. I wish they would’ve added the melted cheese I asked for but they’re definitely worth getting. The Oreos are even better than I expected. It’s a good thing they just give you 4! They are pretty oily so I recommend blotting them with a paper towel. I rate this place a 4 here but as far as Eat24 is concerned I rate them a 5. Eat24 is obnoxiously terrible but if you’re in a pinch and have credit from prior orders, go with this place. The disappointment will be minimal.

Nasty and disgusting! This is by far the worst food I have ever tried, do not waste your money do not eat here is not worth it.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and deep fried oreos. It was hella good. Would be 5 stars but they didn’t put any bacon in my burger): I was at work so I really didn’t have time to go back and complain about it.

Ordered a pizza late a night (Around 12:30AM), delivery ran late because it was a busy night so it was all good. Pizza guy got there at around 2AM, said he forgot our pizza & never came back :(So we never got the pizza, delivery was late, but hopefully I will get the refund.

Ordered for delivery was everything I expected it to be.

Had a delivery for two. meatball sandwich and the philly NO Hangover. having a cold, I thought the philly would help. It did. Meatball for husband and he said it was very good and not messy.
Pizzas are good to. We have different tastes so we each get one slice of our favorite

Great customer Service! I ordered a bacon burger and fries last night and they forgot the bacon they offered a to deliver a refund to me or bring me the proper burger most places just say o sorry. They really brought back the burger I was amazed.
I ordered same thing again my second and last night in town for $ 10 a GIANT AND I MEAN GIANT burger and fries you can’t go wrong deff worth it they forgot my peppercinnis but no biggey lol and there deep fried Oreos are to die for this is my go to place

I wish this review could be about the food… but sadly its is not…
The husband was coming home late from work, and I thought it would be great to order dinner ahead of time and have it delivered right when he got home.
At 6:19pm I submitted my order through EAT24 for a 7:30pm delivery. I did not select the ASAP order, as they were quoting 45 – 60 minutes and I did not want the pizza arriving to early and it being cold for when he got home.
The order went through and was confirmed. Husband got home. No pizza.
I did the customary 15 minute grace period and then some. At 7:54pm I messaged EAT24 to see where my food was. At 7:59, EAT24 responded and said they were pulling up the order. At 8:05 the EAT24 rep was trying to «get through the line» (I guess calling the restaurant). At 8:09 he informs me that «the rain has backed them up, and they will give me $ 5 off my order» (now 40 minutes late). I then inform them I would like to just cancel my order. At 8:10pm the rep says «your driver will be arriving very soon, are you sure? I am just verifying for the restaurant». I said, no please cancel. At 8:12 he then says «restaurant give you free dinner. Approved refund and free food». I said no, we are headed out and that we were going to grab food. Please make sure the restaurant knows we do not want the food.
So we leave… Just before I leave, I check google maps and it says it would only be a 13 minute drive from the restaurant (with traffic), so I know there is not traffic in the city tonight.
We drive cross town, pick up dinner, head home, and as we are pulling into the garage, a call comes through at 8:47pm. We pick it up, thinking it might be the restaurant calling to apologize. But no, it is the delivery driver saying he is outside our building with our pizza. First of all, the directions on the order clearly stated to use our door buzzer to call so we could buzz him in, secondly, we had told them to cancel the order! And given now that it is 8:47 and google maps is saying it is only an 11 minute drive, they clearly had not even looked at our order until we contacted EAT24 and their line of «your driver is arriving very soon» at 8:10 was a complete LIE!!!
Oh well. should have read the reviews… seems this happens often.

Super fast delivery for a Saturday night ! Way faster than the 45 min they said. Pizza n wings were pretty damn good.

This place has the worst customer service! They canceled my order without having the delivery person ever knock on my door. When I called to figure out what happened, the person was so rude and wouldn’t even tell me his name because he said «I don’t feel comfortable giving my name I just work Here and answer the phone». This is unacceptable and ridiculous for take out. I don’t order here ever again! I can’t comment on the food because I didn’t receive it!

Honestly, the reason I’m doing a 5 star rating is because this is an honest pizza shop. What I mean by honest:
1) Open till 2:00 am on weekends. This is important! I work in a bar and a lot of people are always looking for pizza to soak up the booze I served them. Without a doubt these guys are open, reliable and have good staff.
2) Cheap. They are not going to swindle you with a $ 4.15 cheese slice that a lot of people do.
3) Delivery: If you’re netflix and chillin and want BBQ wings, Mozz. Sticks and some garlic cheese fries. without getting out of bed. These guys got you.

Yesterday I received a delivery the cashier told me it will take 45 minutes they came in 30 minutes I was amazed the driver was amazing I just had two give this place some love and give them a five star review

so much pizza stores come late this one is only one comes early. Finally decent Pizza store.

When you order a 14″ pizza you get a 12″ pizza in a 14″ box. Great sauce but you should really make a 14″ pizza when a customer orders one.

Not in the greatest of locations but really the only reason you’re coming here is for late night munchies after the bar scene. I added a ½ star cause they’re open super late until 4 a.m. on Saturdays. When all the other pizza places close a lot earlier. For about $ 20.00, we got a medium 8 slice pizza with pepperoni/​sausage with addition to garlic. The pizza took about 10 – 15 mins and the guy in the counter was very friendly.
The toppings were plentiful and the crust was good. This seems like mainly take out type of place with only a few tables inside. Definitely good to cure your munchie cravings.

Seriously delicious drunk munchy pizza. Loacted right next to my crews regular bar Eddinburg Castle, Irving Pizza offers fresh (and sometimes not so fresh) slices for the drunken messes we become after too many shots and too many beers spilled down our nice blouses.
I like how the pizza boy /​cashier picks the fresh slices rather than the ones that have been sitting out for a while for my friends and me. The pizza is oily and hot and perfect for soaking up the booze and making you feel all warm and oily inside. Wait, what?
I’d order it sober or wasted, happy or depressed. Good stuff.
