I would totally go back! I went in to completely change my look, before going back to natural for a while and I absolutely LOVED it! She is AWESOME!

Rebekah and Devon were amazing!!! They were able to work in a unique environment and were so accommodating. They each were able to work with all of our features and special requests for the wedding day and everyone looked beautiful.

You wouldn’t even know this place existed by the front of the building but come to the 2^nd floor and the place is packed with salons! This is my first time coming to this place and I love it. The room is very private and you have the chance to have an intimate one on one with the hairstylist. I am extremely picky when it comes to my hair and Devon accommodated all of my requests including changing my mind about hair color 5 times. She is very sweet, listens to you and what you really want. The products she uses are redken and pureology made from vegan ingredients so it’s perfect for my scalp psoriasis! I definitely recommend coming to see her! I think her salon will be moving toward the front of the floor so it should be a lot easier to find her! Thanks so much Devon! I love my hair!

I’ve grown my hair out for the first time in over a decade. After doing some research and asking around I was pointed in Ink Salon’s direction. Booking an appointment was incredibly easy, meeting with Devon was a pleasure, and the final results were stellar! I’ll definitely be visiting again!

I get my hair colored and trimmed by Devon and I’m always pleased with the results! She checks in throughout cutting the layers to make sure I like where they’re at, which is great for me (the control freak)! She’s also very knowledgeable and gives me great tips on how to keep my hair looking glorious!

I bought a Groupon for full hair highlights+ glaze+ blow dry. I booked the appointment a month in advance since this salon is very popular :) I arrived at the salon to get the service from Rebecca. She’s super friendly, professional and a perfectionist. She spent time to understand what I really wanted the outcome of the service to be and then customized it for me. So it’s good to have ideas beforehand. She has some professional training experience in hair color industry so she knows how to play with the products to give you what you want.
I was also given tea, blanket to stay warm n cozy. Great service n had a nice time chatting with Rebecca. Would surely recommend her services to everyone!

Rebekah Nummer is the best! Very professional, super friendly and fun to work with. She really knows her stuff, comes from a background of top-​tier professional training. She is very patient and takes her time with you. She also talks to you in detail about what you want to do and what your hair goals are before starting. First and foremost, Rebekah is absolutely incredible! Not only is she one of the most talented stylists I have ever been too, but she is above and beyond the best that I have found in San Francisco. If you’re on the hunt look no further. I promise you won’t regret it!
I went to Rebekah looking to refresh my lackluster hair. She takes quality time to get to know you, your style and your daily hair care routine. After chatting about what I was looking for, basically told her I’m super low maintenance and wanted something that I could just wash and go, we got started. The result was even better then I expected!
I have finally found a stylist that truly gets to know my hair, its quirks, the way it falls and is able to bring it back to life. The cut is phenomenal. I truly don’t rave about people unless they deserve it, Rebekah deserves the highest of praise. I will be seeing her for many more years to come!

Went to go get accents/​highlights on my hair and Rebekah did amazing ! She’s so awesome! She gave my hair life again, I’m so happy with the outcome. Living in the city it’s really hard finding a good hair stylist that’s really good at what they do and give you what you actually want, she gave me just what I wanted so with that being said I’m coming back to her again and again !

Rebekah really went above and beyond for my hair. It’d been 9 months since my last cut, and everything about my cut and color was a half-​blonde split-​end-​tastic mess. She took the time to look through Pinterest photos with me to help figure out what I wanted for my color and talk through cut options, then spent twice our allotted appointment time getting me the exact cut and color I wanted. I went because I had a Groupon, but I’ll gladly pay full price to go to Rebekah again.

I found Rebekah on Groupon and I’m so happy that I did. She was diligent in asking the important questions and made me feel at home before starting to work. She gave me bangs, colored my hair, and also chopped off all my dead weight. Wonderful job.

I have been going to Rebekah Nummer for color and cuts for over two years now, and I love the results! Now she has opened up Ink Salon, which is in a very convenient downtown SF location.
When I initially came to her, I told her that I love my natural hair color and was only interested in covering up some grays that had started to appear. I was concerned because other colorists sometimes left me with hair color that looked a touch too dark or unnatural. When Rebekah was done, my hair was not just a gorgeous brunette shade that was exactly what I wanted, but also glossy and soft with subtle, natural highlights. Plus, she gave me great product recommendations for keeping my hair feeling soft.
She also took note of my daily routine when we discussed the cut I wanted, and now I have a great layered cut that is low-​maintenance, versatile, and perfect for my active lifestyle (I’m a runner so I need to be able to whip my hair into quick ponytail easily). I ALWAYS get compliments on my hair right after she’s worked her magic.
Rebekah is very professional and fun, and I highly recommend her for both color and cuts!

I was referred to Rebekah by a mutual friend and she’s been great! I used to pay $ 10 for haircuts in Chinatown… but never again haha. Rebekah asked me questions about lifestyle, hobbies, routine, etc. to get a sense of what would or would not make sense for me. She ended up giving me a great bob cut that I could style easily in the morning and also recommended a few simple products without being pushy. Her salon is also so cute — she has music going and it smells lovely in there. Most importantly though, she is highly skilled and was attentive to my concerns about my hair. Highly recommended.

I’m an asian male, and before I met Rebekah I’ve always thought there was not much I could do with my hair. After her priceless consultation and styling, I not only have a hair style that fits perfectly with my workplace and outdoor activities, but I also now know product styling techniques that will last me a lifetime (or until I go completely bald! :P)

I love Rebekah! I’m difficult to please being a hair stylist myself, but when I’m in her chair there’s nothing but trust and a good time. Being an educator she’s on top of the hair-​trends, and having a down to earth personality makes her a great friend :) NO ONE leaves her chair displeased!!!
