First I should say that I had a previous great experience with Blake when he was at iPhix Apple on Columbus. He repaired my ipad quickly and it worked great.
Fast forward and once again I have maimed my iPad and need the glass repaired. Blake popped downtown and picked it up on Thursday, and was to contact me Friday to return it.
No Blake. Phone says mailbox is full. I have no way to reach him. I can’t believe the intent is to steal it as it’s a 4 with my name engraved on the back and presumably worth less than I’m paying him to fix it. Nonetheless, I will be forced to file a police report soon. Wish it weren’t so, would love to have my baby back.
