Update: The tech ended up calling us about 10pm last night, which was great. Being a night owl I was fine with that. He still came over at 10:30pm and fixed the phone. Only 4 stars because of the missed appointment. But James was great!
I had an appointment for tonight at 830 pm. It was set 2 hours in advance. Never heard from the iTech or iCracked. Finally, I went on their live chat just to find out there was no reason why, just that the iTech must not be showing up. Maybe I’ll try another tech. It seems nice and convenient, price is nice, just no service this time. No charge to my card so far. So I’ll give them another shot.

Got a repair done in under and hour! Time is money for me and I don’t have time to run all the way up to Apple and wait an hour + in the mall. Mike came to me and did everything while I was working. Plus it came with a screen protector and warranty! Everything was quick and easy! Highly recommend using this guy!
