Honor

There is something really special going on at Honor. Mom is struggling with a really tough degenerative illness but has not been willing to let anyone help. She had one not-​great experience with a traditional home care company (the aide wore a uniform and gave impersonal care) and was not in the mood to try again. We did some family research and called Honor. After her second visit from Silvia, mom told us she felt more truly relaxed than she had in months – and now, so are we all. The calm, heartfelt, and expert care she’s getting from Honor is absolutely the best.

I am very impressed with the service that Honor provides. Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and caring. Plus they follow up after a visit to ensure customer satisfaction. And their on-​line capabilities makes communication very easy.

Can I give a 10 star rating??? We have been using Honor for several months now and they are Awesome! First, just the response from the team is amazing! Way to go Monet & Tammy!!! And the care givers they send home are very caring, patient, loving and really show a passion for what they do. Lastly the convenience of requesting care in as short as 2 hours lead-​time and requesting as low as an hour of care, all just on my phone is just incredible!

Honor has been helping my husbands parents for about a month

They were caring, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. What sets Honor apart from the more traditional home care agencies, apart from its top-​notch professionals, is its app and website. Both allow me to see who and when someone is coming to take care of my dad. There is no mystery of who is going to show up that day. The app also makes communication with the caretaker a breeze. In addition, the administrative staff at Honor have been a pleasure to work with. They are always quick to resolve any issues that might arise.
