Heather Conlan Makeup Artistry

All I can say is that she is the best! If you are looking for someone to do your makeup then you should only hire Heather. She’s not only super talented at the artistry of makeup, for any occasion but she has a wonderful personality. She makes you feel very special wheather it is makeup for Date Night or your Wedding Day. She knows what to do and listens to any and all of your requests or concerns. I would refer her to anyone and feel confident in doing so.

Heather is literally THE BEST.
She is an amazing combination of creative and considerate. She will listen to exactly what you want, but also tell you different things to try and offer suggestions for making you the prettiest lady ever !!! Heather has done my make up multiple times. She’s made me into a Lichtenstein painting (for Halloween– not just my daily look) a Bronze Goddess, and most importantly — my makeup on my wedding day! She made me feel like the Queen Bea, and was calm, cool and confident under the pressure of my bridesmaids all wanting last min make-​up and hair just because they saw how incredible Heather is! Heather is ridiculously sweet and makes you feel relaxed and cool as a cucumber even if you wake up on your wedding day with a monster zit. She has a gentle touch and even managed to put eyeliner on my Maid of Honor for the first time in her life (without crying and ending up looking like the lead singer of an emo 90’s band).
Heather herself always looks flawless and sparkles like the vampires from Twilight. If you want to look like that, you should call her.

When it comes to a wedding, you come to accept that nothing goes perfectly. But when it came to hair and makeup for my wedding, it was indeed perfect. Heather made me feel so immensely comfortable and beautiful from the trial to the «day of». I am not extensively versed in makeup, which makes me wary usually — but Heather walked me through each step of the process and made it fun and exciting along the way. I have since recommended her both to brides and friends in the photography industry, as a consummate professional and great talent. Thank you Heather!

Heather is the only professional makeup artist that has done my makeup and she is the only artist I would ever hire. I do not use a lot of makeup on a daily basis and Heather customizes her work to fit my personality. She is extremely professional and reliable in her work. She helps create the look I need for any special event and I always come away looking absolutely fabulous! :) Heather is the best!

There aren’t too many makeup artists that I trust to work on my face, but I knew right away that Heather was my go-​to MAC girl. What’s most important to me is someone who listens to exactly what I’m looking for and does his/​her thing to make me beautiful. Heather does exactly that! I first started going to the MAC pro store where she worked to get her advice on colors that would best suit my needs. She won me over when she got me to step out of my comfort zone with the use of red lipstick. I’m more of a smokey eye/​natural lip gal, and with her help, I graduated to the darker bold lip realm. Heather is easy going and professional, so it wasn’t a hard decision for me when I decided that she would be doing my makeup for my engagement and wedding photos. Let me tell you, she rocked it! My bridesmaids loved her too! Heather is no longer in Cali, but she will forever be my favorite MAC artist and friend. She’s amazing!
