I discovered H&A Computer last week when searching CraigsList for someone to repair my computer which I could not get into. Serge came to my home to review the problem, took the desktop computer, returned it in less than 48 hours fully repaired, and walked me thru changes. Serge not only repaired it, but he added some security programs I had not been using. I am super-​pleased with the service I got and would contact him again if I had other issues.

Our organization has been working with Serge from H&A Computer Service for almost a year and we’ve been consistently happy with the service. Serge knows how to handle every kind of IT issue or mishap, from setting up a network server, to troubleshooting a malfunctioning printer, even down to wiring an office with ethernet cables. He’s even helped troubleshoot issues at our Seattle office — successfully! Talk about going above and beyond!
Serge is reliable, knowledgeable, incredibly professional, and a very nice young man, might I add. His hourly rate is also considerably lower than other IT professionals charge. H&A Computer Service is highly recommended!
