If I could give 0 stars I would. The WORST in the bay.
First guy they send never shows up.
The next day they send someone who is «the best in the bay» to make up for it and is a woman who is a colorist and tried to fade my boyfriends hair with SCISSORS.
THERE WERE CHUNKS MISSING FROM HIS HEAD. He had to tell her to stop. She was unprepared, didn’t have the right tools. Made his poor head look like a zebra with chunks missing.
To make up for that… Two days later they say we will send you «the BEST in the bay». HE NEVER SHOWS UP! We call them and they say they can’t get anyone until next week… EXCUSE ME HE HAS CHUNKS OF HAIR MISSING AND ITS YOUR FAULT!
We ended up going to Dr. Fade in millbrae who fixed his hair thankfully!
This company even wanted us to pay for the fixing haircut and they would reimburse us… HA
We even tried to warn their Facebook friends by posting our experience and guess what… THEY DELETED IT!
Don’t trust this company. They will send you the WORST in the bay.
Go to a true barber or salon.

I was on a business trip to SF and my hair was looking a little shaggy. My week was jammed, but I needed to squeeze in a quick haircut. A buddy recommended Groom. I booked a cut for the morning and was matched with a stylist in an Über-​ish way. She came prepared with all of her gear and offered me a mirror to follow her progress (since I didn’t have a giant one like the barber shop). To get rid of the 10 pounds of hair left behind, she used a hand-​held vac and sweeper. Groomed was a great experience.

The service is great, the clients enjoy the convenience. Stylists are vetted for quality and deliver great service.
It’s also every girls dream to have you come do there hair at home. Dreams just came true!
