Fact: a great beard doesn’t happen on its own. My beard – which is great by any measure – is the result of good genetics and Greg’s skills. I’ve been going to him for years, and while you would think I’d be able to replicate a good beard trim with my own clippers, you’d be wrong. Greg’s super friendly, easy to book with, and has great prices. I go in every 3 – 4 weeks, and I always get compliments afterward. You owe it to your beard to give him a chance.

I’ve geen going to Greg for 5 years since my former relationship — who cut my hair– ended. Greg has consistently made me look good despite the limitations of not as fully haired a head as I would wish and is always a delight for chatting while cutting. The shop is pleasant and relaxed and conveniently located at Castro and 19th — just above the good Thai restaurant on the corner which sometimes allows lunch to be combined with hair styling.
