So our company regularly sends out blueprints and oversize documents to be scanned and duplicated. We always use BPS or Ford Graphics but to save money (as this company is supposed to be cheaper) we tried out these people. From incorrect order taking (like making extra sets that we didn’t want) to getting three different prices on a repeat project for the same exact work– it was a f’ing nightmare. The manager was indifferent and acted like he didn’t give a sh*t about our concerns, — overall no sense of ownership or pride in their work.
