I adore Grace! She has been my go-​to hair stylist for over 10 years (since she styled my hair, along with all the ladies in my bridal party, on my wedding day). Not only is she amazingly sweet, but she is so talented and does wonders with my difficult hair. I appreciate that she takes her time to make sure my cut and color are perfect.
I trust no one else with my hair!

Grace does five star work at two star prices. I’ve been going to her for years for cut and color and she does a great job. The space that she works out of is pretty basic like it is an old house. But the quality of work is exceptional — well worth it

She takes the time to understand what you need and executes is perfectly, she does such a great job every time, she stays current with the latest styles.

Grace has consistently done a beautiful job on my color & cut, my hair looks GREAT every time I leave there!
Her prices are very reasonable, she is easy to talk to, and I can see why she has such a loyal following.
the salon itself has a cozy vibe, and I appreciate the eclectic clientele here… this isn’t a hip, pretentious sort of salon but it isn’t like going to your grandma’s hairdresser either, this is a salon for everyone.
Having been here multiple times now I can tell you with confidence: go see Grace!

I’m not sure why the last review said «no» for color because that’s the main reason I go to Grace. I think Grace does a fantastic job on highlights. I also have her cut my hair and I’ve been happy with that service too. I’ve been going to her for 7 years. When I first moved to SF 8 years ago I tried a number of salons in the city. All of them were overpriced for the job they did. A frugal friend suggested I see Grace. I’ve been with her ever since. I love her so much that I’m willing to make the 30 minute trek out to the Sunset from my place in Cow Hollow. She’s good, fun and inexpensive. What more could you want from your hair stylist?

I have been going to Grace for COLOR and cut for years — and I travel in from Sonoma County now, that is how good she is! I don’t know what this other reviewer is talking about — she is great at color. I have long, thick, wavy hair, and it is hard to find a stylist who knows how to deal with it – Grace is awesome. The place isn’t fancy, it’s old school, and the prices are fair. You would not be disappointed in going to Gracie.

Grace has been taking care of my hair, dying my eyebrows and other assorted cosmetic things for many many years. Having curly hair, I have always found that most stylists have little knowledge about curly hair and tend to leave me looking like I have a brillo pad on my head coated with a lot of product. Since meeting Grace years back, I have never had this situation. She always is creative about her approach, listens to what I say and even after all these years, continues to learn and change so that my hair can look good between visits.
Although the environment is not high end high tech, it is a warm and welcoming place that makes you feel as if someone cares.
