BEWARE OF THEIR HIDDEN COSTt!!! WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
We bought a mattress from this store. It was delivered, and a 3 ½ months later. The mattress ended up being defective. It had a huge bump in the middle! The retail company wanted to send someone to review the mattress for a fee of $ 45. (I sent a picture instead)
The manufacture covered the mattress but the retail company wanted to charge a pickup AND delivery fee another $ 45 fee!
Crazy! If you buy something from this company, they should be responsible. BUT NOPE! You may have to pay a service fee for inspection AND pick up AND delivery. The person i spoke to was the manager and the person who sold me the mattress was another manager, who neglected to state their policy about defective items.
Please BEWARE! I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE from this COMPANY!
