AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! They are the most ungenerous, greedy, skinflint crew I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! Raymond buys rundown properties, slaps a coat of paint and a couple of pretty door handles over cracked siding, leaky roofs and inadequate electrics and sells at the highest figure he can possibly grab. He will not make ANY concessions to the purchaser to bring the property closer to good condition, and will make all kinds of nasty demands in return. I wish I had never dealt with him and hope never to do so again. An all-​around horrible experience! And his pet contractor Cal Tran is just as bad if not worse!
