Flora Permanent Beauty Center

I’ve been coming to Flora for over 5 years, she is doing something right because I always get compliments on how nice my skin is. I either get the collagen treatment or diamond peel and have my eye lashes permed. She does a great job!
The walls are thin, so you can hear people talking in the other rooms. It can get noisy sometimes. Other than that I have no complaints, Flora is great.

I do not recommend this place for facial or permanent makeup. Flora wants cash payments which is true, can’t track it down if problems arise. She had me join two packages which costs $ 700 for each. One for facial treatments one for waxing. She will give customer a paper form of membership card, no records on computer or anything else. If customer loses the card, will then lose the membership. She is not willing to look up customer record, the reason why is she is too busy.
With appointment, customers should expect to wait 30 minutes; which is unprofessional. The other review was right about her running from room to room work on different clients’ faces. There was one next to me in the same room with skin issues, I was concern about sanitary of this place, Flora’s practices. At the end of facial treatment, Flora will ask customers to tip her staff.
Flora, the owner often hard sell her skincare products with high prices.
It is also not easy to make appointment with her, she claims that she has over a thousand customers, only weekday times will be available.
I only use a few times of my membership, paid $ 1400 cash; I will not go back to this place again.
Unprofessional and disappointing. Do not recommend this beauty store.

Stay away from this place. Flora pretends to be nice but she is really after your money and she is very rude and forceful about procedures. She takes cash payments so she doesn’t have to declare it. She takes you into one room while having clients in the other rooms. She runs from room to room not washing her hands and working on 3 – 4 clients at the same time. She is very unprofessional and offers services that you don’t need as well as skin products. She is constantly on the phone in her language and has no respect for her clients as she stands over their head. Flora is in a rush all the time and does not dedicate time to you, or if you have any questions about your procedure. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I’ve been going to Flora’s for the past 3 years, and she takes very good care of me. She gives great facials and after each session, I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I get a package for 10 sessions, and it’s completely well worth it because she does extractions, pore minimizing, acne treatment, eye rejuvenation and a collagen mask all in one.
The only complaint that I have most about thi
