fourth house purchased and first time working with american title company in austin. HORRIBLE. dont work with this company. the bank, the real estate agents, and the sellers are having problems with this company in our deal. i dont know how they complete anything. even with everything notarized they are still saying its not right. these people are on a power trip. they completely discriminate against age. beware to the young and the very old. i wish i would have seen all the horrible reviews american title had before i went into business with them. they have been promising us to close since ⁵⁄₂! its ⁵⁄₁₉. they just keep saying we will get the keys tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. everything out of their mouths has been a lie. we have reported them to the BBB
