I usually am very picky with my selection on Mexican food. I took a stroll during my lunch the other day and wound up at this location. I gave them a 4 because it’s cash only. I ordered the nachos to go, and was very happy with the result. plenty amount of cream, guac, melted cheese, and salsa, and enough carne asada. If you lunch in, I think the place might need a redo and once you order, there’s no customer service.

I really like fiesta tacos! Excellent burritos and crisp chips! The service is awesome. Just losing one star because I wish the menu were bigger, but it is what it is! Still, a great place for a bite of Mexican food nearby to my work! Olé!

While the physical location definitely leaves a lot to be desired(the things I have seen in this neighborhood have changed me), I must say I love this place. For $ 5.05, I get a huge steak burrito and a bag of tortilla chips. Seriously huge! They also throw the steak and the tortilla on the grill before wrapping, so the steak is hot and the tortilla is nice and crispy. Also, the workers here are very nice.

This is the place to go when I have just finished a 2-hour workout at the Y and I can’t wait to destroy all the hard work I’ve just done. Carne asada tacos here are super tasty, and everything is nice and cheap. The chips do kinda suck, though.

The tacos are mediocre the chips outright bad. With liquid things they do okay. Salsas are OK and the soups are tasty. I tried the flautas the other day for something different and that was a bad choice. They have a tray full of apparently pre-cooked /half cooked ones. Then they fry them again. Well it tasted overdone in dirty oil. I threw it away. I’d give the soups /stews another chance but wouldn’t try any thing else. I’d head over to the place on McAllister at Leavenworth.

«It’s Burrito Monday, F*ck yeah!» Fiesta Tacos makes Burrito Monday all that I could ever hope it could be. It goes down like this: Claire L. and I walk over to Fiesta as quickly as possible, doing our best to avoid excessive contact with the Tenderloin’s finest. I order my gargantuan burrito. My grubby little hands find five dollars at the bottom of my bag and I pay up. I eat about 2⁄3 of my gargantuan burrito, realize that I just ingested about 4,000 calories, take a deep breath… and finish that sucker off. Burritos here are salty deliciousness wrapped in carbtacularity. And yes, I did make that word up. Stop judging me. I have yet to encounter either cockroaches or dirty-handed cooks — call me unobservant, but the place has been fine every time I’ve been in. I wouldn’t make a special trip to the T.L.for these burritos, but Fiesta always pulls through for me on Burrito Monday(«f*ck yeah!»)

All due respect to the reviewer below me, but I must agree to disagree. I can’t count how many times I’ve been to this taqueria(seeing as how it’s located right behind my apartment building), but it’s damn good! It’s cheaper than some burrito joints I’ve been to in the city. I like that they don’t use a lot of raw onion in their burritos(if any) — I hate raw onion. HATE! Maybe I’m no burrito connoisseur if I can’t tell the difference between avocado and guacamole once it’s in my burrito, but there’s something about a burrito that makes me not care — maybe the fact that burrito filling gets mixed up and messy inside the tortilla anyway. I also find the employees here to be VERY friendly. «Surly man»? What the eff? If you get their quesadilla, be aware it’s basically a flattened burrito. Not that I’m complaining — I love burritos, and if it’s easier to eat in quesadilla form, so be it! One more thing — my burritos have NEVER fallen apart. We are talking about the same taqueria, right?

The veggie burrito was damn good. It served as a good coating for my stomach before beginning my libations for the evening. They specialize in cheap eats, and throw in guac and salsa with their free chips. Located in the seedier part of the Tenderloin, it’s one of the better taquerias in the area. The staff is real friendly. Get your carbo-load here after hitting the nearby Y.

This is a damn good grilled chicken burrito, while I am a fan of taqueria Cancun or El Farlito, this is clean, affordable, and delicious place to grub. What more can I say?

Being that there are plenty of refugees from the 909 here in San Francisco, my boy Ed Camacho got a solid reccomendation for Fiesta Tacos from another known thug. The result: good, solid food at a very reasonable price. I ordered a quesadilla, Ed ordered a burrito the size of a freekin’ baby. They have homeade tortillas, and that is big in any Latino’s book. My quesadilla resembled a burrito, completely unique and flavorful. free chips and salsa with every meal, and their horchata was sensational. I hardly saw anything on the menu that was over $ 6, and the staff was chill. You know a place is good when all you do is reflect on your favorite Mexico memories while eating your lunch.
