Family Mosaic Project

It’s somewhat sad. The overall business and the premise that it is built upon is wonderful, yet the «case manager» that we were assigned caused so so so much more frustration than we could have ever imagined it felt like we were still out on our own. She never followed through on her promises, she started off our case telling us that she wasn’t from San Francisco and that she didn’t know about any of the resources here for my daughter. Her comment was «well we can look in the phone book and see or you can ask around.» Um, I’m asking YOU! You’re a CASE MANAGER! Your only job is to manage my daughters case and needs. And these weren’t out of her scope questions! For her to tell me, «I feel like you need to be case managing me, you’re so on top of everything and so knowledgeable.» made me feel even more LOST and unsupported! MY GOD!
As I stated, the premise of Family Mosaic is phenomenal, but our experience has been horrible due to whom we were assigned. I’ve heard others have really had a much better experience.
