FabFashionista LA’s BCBG & Ella Moss Sample Sale

My first sample sale. I went to the event in the Golden Gate Room this Saturday. Ugh… what a let down! I was hoping to snatch up a cute Ella Moss dress for cheap for my b-​day celebration later that night. I didn’t find anything, and I only got there about 10 minutes after doors open (there weren’t very many women browsing, maybe 10 max when I got there). I came in here with somewhat high expectations though I must admit. Most of the items I didn’t even think were worth the already discounted prices; I was in and out within 10 minutes. Some of them totally looked like something I could have gotten from Forever 21 for half the price. The only top i was interested in, I couldn’t find the damn size tag.
BESIDES the clothing selection, other deal breakers:
*Parking sucked! We got there early & still no parking. we parked down the hill in front of the Safeway.
*You can’t bring a purse in unless you leave it at the abandoned table by the door, wtf? Luckily, I had my bf wait outside with it for me. Also, they could have put a sign stating that in front of the door.
*Who needs to pay to get into a strip club? There was no separate changing area… women had to strip towards the back of the room. no curtain either, so men could have came in and got a free peek.
Maybe all of this is why this sample sale was free? Maybe, I’ll get up the courage to brave another one, but, in New York! The one star goes to an extra 10% off cash purchases. I was big ballin’ with cash, though I didn’t spend any money here!
