Eyal Katz – Better Property Management

Eyal Katz is a scammer and a fraud. He is being investigated for fraud and will soon have to face the music. I have been a customer of better property management for years… then one day i get notice that Eyal Katz decided to jump ship and found a new property management company. Without my knowledge or permission he began collecting my rent from my tenants, and NOT PAYING THE MORTGAGE OR ME THE PROPERTY MANAGER. Now my property is in foreclosure and he continues to pocket the rents and not pay the mortgage.
We fired him in person and in writing and he still is contacting my tenants and demanding the rents be paid to him.
Hes a snake, a liar and a cheat… do not trust him or believe a word he says. He will take every thing you have and laugh at you. How does a property management company lose s house under their management to foreclosure? Massive fraud and embezzlement… Thats how.
This guy should and likely will be jailed… do not do any business with this clown.
