Interesting idea of the business. Great customer service: they answered my phone call right away. I used to have a guy who helped me with my computer. I couldn’t reach him for a few days, and that’s when I contacted Elite Tech Knowledgy. They came at the same time, and fixed my computer. But they not only fixed my computer, they also explained me every step they made, so I would know what they were doing to my computer. That’s a great customer service.
