I received a small box of chocolates as party favors from a wedding and my my my! These treats were incredibly decadent, smooth, creamy, and milky! Each one was a different flavor and sadly I had to split them, but still indeed a treat. Each one was creamy on the inside and softly coated with a slightly harder shell then dusted with fine cocoa powder. Delicious! I’m sure the rest of her baked goodies is a must try!

Gosh, if you haven’t tried Sue’s cookies, you must must must! Her White Delights are divine and Gooey Butter Bars brings you to heaven. One of her chocolate chip cookies are never enough and the Aloha Bars, well if u like chocolate, you will definitely love it. I’ve ordered a dozen of each to bring to my dentist, chiropractor’s, relatives. Also, I’ve ordered a combination of the Aloha, White Delights, and Gooey in small boxes for my friend’s bridal shower. Sue was so kind enough to wrap each one in the box and helped to tie the ribbons(which I provided). They make wonderful gifts for any occasion, really. And make sure when you order for other people, get some for yourself!

I am a former co-worker who also has enjoyed Sue’s cookies. The White Delight is to die for and the chocolate pecan cookie is another of my favorites. In fact, my all time favorite is Sue’s good old sugar cookies. You won’t find it on her website but if you ask, I bet you she’ll make it for you. Everything is done professionally with a personal touch. Sue is very pleasant and charming! If you haven’t tried any of her cookies, I urge you to try them. You’ll get hooked right away!

I’ve been a fan of Eberwein’s Bakery even before there was an «Eberwein’s Bakery». I was lucky enough to taste her delicious goodies(mind out of the gutter, you naughty Unilocalers) on an almost weekly basis as a former co-worker of hers. Her«white delights» taste like something heaven would serve as hors d’oeuvres. they are kinda like that reese’s commercial«two great tastes that taste great together». Except instead of 2, it’s like 4 – 5 things. Peanut Butter, White Chocolate, Marshmallows, Rice Krispies… its crack in the guise of food. Sue is amazingly nice, and you can taste the TLC she puts into every treat. From cookies, chocolate treats, and ice cream cakes with thin mint crusts(!), it’s all amazing. We are both midwesterners at heart, and Sue is as nice as they come. I hope others will soon discover her bakery, her food is too delicious not to be discovered. I know many companies have been catering meetings and holiday parties using her treats in lieu of massive chain food or bagels. If you’re looking to taste something that is home-made and delicious, I’d go here.
