I’ve been meaning to try this place for awhile but never had the chance to for some reason. I go to Stonestown mall alot and walk past by it but this time I went for it! I was super hungry and I didn’t want the food court so I decided I wanted an acai bowl. I assumed the size of the bowl wasn’t that big and it was kind of pricey but I still wanted to try it so I got the acai bowl. Nonetheless, when my order came out, it was a giant ass cup! I was totally surprised lol. I realized I should have asked how big the size was but it was too late. Anyways, the acai bowl that I got was a good size for two people I would say. It came with lots of granola and different types of seeds and fruits. There’s a small sitting area to eat your acai bowl which is nice. The workers are nice though. I only gave it a 3 star b/c I’ve had acai bowl from other places and it didn’t really amaze me to be honest from all the other places I’ve been to. So, if you’re really craving acai bowl at a mall, just go there! I’ll probably be back to try the juicers next time!

One of the healthiest options if you’re looking for a quick bite or snack at the mall. I ordered the radiant skin smoothie and expected it to be less bitter and more tasty than it was. I don’t recommend this one to those looking for something sweet or fruity tasting, but it did fill me up and gave me energy for my shopping trip. I was kind of confused about all the additions you could add to your beverage since it was my first time there, but next time I will be more adventurous and ask for an explanation. I will be back when I’m in the mood for a healthy snack but will try one of their delicious looking acai bowls or green smoothies instead.

I hate giving 1 stars, but between the dry quinoa bowl I got and the $ 9 dollar breakfast smoothie I had, that right $ 9.00!!! insane, the flavor was subpar at best, but thats the only thing I finished. I literally threw away the quinoa bow l after 1 bite. So today’s biggest regret, spending $ 13 dollars on really bad tasting nourishment. When I tell you sidewalk smoothies in the mission makes wayyyyyy better smoothies for a lot cheaper(5 dollar and change) trust me! go there and not here!

I wasn’t too sure about this place since I’ve never heard of it, but I was skeptical to try it anyways. Although the smoothies are a little bit on the pricey side they are none the less delicious and healthy. A barista named Malik who was very informative, helped me the first time and recommended that I try a green detox(w/added protein) and it was very tasty! At first I didn’t know you could mix and match the fruit and add vitamins to your smoothie, but knowing that gives you a lot more options! I would definitely recommend this place especially if your looking for something organic and healthy!

3.5 stars Earthbar’s acai bowl met my expectations for a chain store located in a mall. Sliced strawberries & bananas were sweet & ripe enough to not need agave syrup. Vanilla hemp milk made their acai base creamier & smoother than the usual thick, almost frozen consistency I’m accustomed to eating, & flavor was more mild than my go-to(Judahlicious), but I was fine with these differences. The granola prevents this bowl from being a 4-star one. I prefer sticky & chewy, but their Vanilla Almond is loose(like eating uncooked oatmeal) & crunchy to the point of assaulting my teeth. FYI: a small was a huge serving. Would consider trying one of their smoothies(Blueberry Bliss or Slim Down, perhaps) next time.

Just tried Earthbar & got the basic earth shake. It had huge chunks of ice in it still & tasted extremely chalky. The people who work there aren’t blender savvy apparently… I would not recommend it all all, also way over priced. I looked into the ingredients of their Earth Fusion Protein which boasts, «raw whole food nutrition to support busy, active lifestyles» & that it’s «nature’s most complete plant protein» but it’s literally just: Fructose(sugar), Vanilla or Chocolate flavoring, stevia, glycine & silica. So what’s the big woop? You can buy silica yourself, sweeten it with stevia and avoid the additives.

Great drinks and very good /healthy for you. A little pricey but that’s what healthy costs.

Oh man, Earthbar is so expensive, and their machines break down and close them up on occasion. Due to how small they are, it will take you a while to get your order. Acai bowls are kind of small in terms of portions of everything other than the acai(which takes up probably 60% of the container so you don’t get too much fruit), and smoothies/juices are only mediocre. I’ve been spoiled by the cheap prices and large portions of SoCal places like Anaheim Packing House and JuJu Bar, so I wasn’t particularly inclined to love this place. It’s just another juice bar in SF with a super small venue.

Im a huge fan of the place! It may be a bit expensive but you pay for what you get! thats why McDonalds has a $ 1 menu! I love the wellness shots! Also the staff is well educated on the product and they are friendly!

Just find another juice bar in San Francisco. Or if you’re really desperate, pick up a drink at Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s. This place is wayyy too overpriced for what you get. Their smoothies are about $ 8 – 10 and the bottled juices are almost $ 8. Such a rip off. I understand that the whole concept is to be healthy, but you can seriously do it some other way(that’s cheaper). Customer service is terrible, too. The workers are not friendly and don’t sound like they know what they’re talking about. They should probably do a little research before giving recommendations to customers. Not all of them are naïve and ignorant.

I ordered the Acai Pure and it tasted watered down. The person who rung me up(a guy with a beard) and made my drink was super rude to not only me, but every customer before and after me. I didn’t get to catch his name since he never gave me my receipt. If the manager sees this, please fix the bad customer service. He was extremely rude. Whoever was working on 01÷31÷15 between 4:45 — 5:00PM, with the beard, has to go! Bad experience, bad drink, and horrible service.

I was craving an acai bowl and was lucky to find there was one at the mall while I was doing some Christmas shopping. Presentation wasn’t great but it tasted good and it curbed my cravings until I head back over to Hawaii. I don’t think the menu states there are two sizes but there’s a small size which I ordered and it was plenty. My acai bowl was toped with granola, bananas and raspberries.

I’ve been on this green smoothie hype for a while now and have been trying to find a place for some green juice in the morning around my home. When I heard that Earthbar was opening up in Stonestown mall, I was thrilled. I usually get the green detox smoothie. I really like the taste of it and its easy to drink. The acai bowls here are pretty good too, they are big but they are pretty skimpy on the fruit My friend tried the slim down smoothie which I did not like. It was too grainy and the texture of it was hard to drink. I also didn’t like the matcha smoothie as much either. Its pretty pricey here but I mean usually anything healthy is. The workers are friendly and they always offer a bunch of samples here to taste.

I’ve waited so long to try Earthbar … how disappointing. I ordered an Acai bowl and the guy didn’t even know to make it. It was just ME an no one else ordering anything. I waited 10 minutes after I ordered so that the guy can ask another girl from the back to make the Acai bowl … how sad. And when she came out, she just showed him how to make it. I watched him grab a blender pitcher and put some acai packets that I can easily buy from whole foods and watched him pour way too much milk into the blender. I added one star for the SIZE of the bowl since they give you a lot along with the fruit and granola but that was it. as for the taste of the acai bowl … it was TOO milky and I can make one way better than they did. I definitely won’t be back anytime. Thanks for the horrible acai bowl!

They spell their milk with a «y,» as in «mylk.» Aww, isn’t that cute? Next thing you know their mascot will be Hello Kitty and they’ll be handing out stickers or something. Instead of being so cutsie they should focus more on the taste of their products, and work on the friendliness of their employees. I ordered their«Muscle Up» drink which consisted of bananas, earth fusion protein(as opposed to what, Mars protein?), L-glutamine, almond butter and almond milk. I also ordered their«Acai Bowl,» which had more bananas and acai mixed with granola and strawberries and still more bananas. The shake tasted more like chunky almond milk. The Acai Bowl tasted okay, but it was pricey. I felt that for two item, and a nearly $ 20 price tag, it was just lacking flavor. The staff brought it down a star since they only handed out samples to people who already bought drinks. For those women and children passing by who asked for a sample, they were turned away. Kind of sad. And definitely not cute and cuddly like their drink name suggests.

Wanted to give Earthbar a try since it recently just opened near SFSU. The people who were working there were super friendly and willing to answer all the questions I had asked. I was able to sample all the juicing. My favorite has to be citrus cleanse and gimmie greens. Citrus cleanse apparently is the most popular juice. I was set on purchasing the citrus cleanse. The girl who was assisting me said it’ll be ready in 20 minutes because in the back they were prepping a dozen + citrus cleanse. I was willing to wait and browsed for a good 5 minutes. Sadly, the girl told me that it’ll take 40 minutes instead and if I would like to get something else instead. I chose to purchase the green detox smoothie. I believe the manager was the one who made my smoothie and apologized for the citrus cleanse. He made it up to me by giving me the sample bottle of the citrus cleanse, which had a good chunk of juice left. I was super happy with my smoothie and somewhat free bottle of juice! Besides just juicing, there are healthy snacks being sold, wellness shot like bottles of juice as well and vitamin bottles. I noticed that there are kale chips snacks which are my favorite! The four stars is definitely for the customer service. As for the drinks, it is a bit pricey for the smoothie. The smoothie size is on the small side for the price. I might have to go back a couple times to see if I really like Earthbar.

Acai bowl = waste of $ 9.95, ugh. I decided to stop by this place on my way out of the mall despite the mixed reviews because an acai bowl just sounded so refreshing on this scorching hot day. But sadly, it was the worst acai bowl I’ve ever had and also one of the most expensive. The texture of the acai was too creamy and it had no flavor! It was so bland. To make matters worse, they forgot to add strawberries on top. I didn’t want to waste calories on something I did not enjoy eating so I didn’t even finish it. :( I knew I should have tried one of their drinks instead. Oh well… better luck next time, probably elsewhere.

3.5 stars. There are somethings that are going to taste similar regardless if one is organic or not or if one has more nutrition than the other. This place will be very popular with people who live clean/vegan/juice/ogranic lifestyles. Based on the acai shake that i ordered it tasted fresh and i know that I’m getting the nutrients i need, but it does not taste that different from a place like jamba juice that charges 50% less. Im not going to argue about cost because this place does use real ingredients vs jamba juice, but unless your into that kind of stuff — its not worth it. The shake i got was $ 10 and to me it was not worth it even tho i do appreciate places like this. Other than that the place looks clean/green and the staff was ultra friendly and helpful!

5 stars for the TASTE of the smoothies. Minus one star for the taste of the«wellness shots». Minus one star for the STEEEEPPRICES. It’s hard to justify paying $ 9 – 10 for a regular-sized smoothie/juice. Yes, the ingredients are organic and fresh and all that good stuff. and I respect that! You get what you pay for. The two smoothies I’ve sampled– Flax Master and Matcha Power– were actually really delicious and thick. I especially enjoyed the Flax Master because of the nutty, grainy flavor. The shots are a different story… First, they are $ 3 for a tiny tiny«shot». I sampled the Wellness Shot(Fresh Lemon, Ginger, Oregano Oil, Garlic Extract, & Cayenne Pepper) and was warned that it would be spicy. and ITWASGROSS. I’m sure it’s «healthy» for you, but I would never ever pay $$ for it. They also sell vegan protein powder, raw snacks, acai bowls, etc.
