3÷17÷16 This place is closed. They weren’t open long. And frankly the other reviews strike me as being written by friends of the owner. I had a few packages sent here, the guy who ran it — Hamza — would charge $ 2 a package to receive your packages. You filled out a form from the post office letting them accept your package, and they promise to contact you when a package arrives. I don’t know when they closed because they didn’t call and tell me not to send packages to them anymore. As of 3⁄3 or ¾ they were still open because I picked one up. My dad had this address for me to send packages to, so he sent a box of steaks here for my birthday. On the front of the box in red letters says in big red letters: «HIGHLYPERISHABLEFROZENPRODUCTS(…) THECONTENTSOFTHISCONTAINERSHOULDBEREMOVEDANDPLACEDINYOURFREEZERIMMEDIATELYAFTERARRIVAL». The only way I knew a package had been sent to me was my dad told me it had arrived — and it arrived on Tuesday. It’s now Thursday. I call the Eagle Ex phone number and it’s been disconnected, I go there and there’s a padlock on the door. I don’t see a note on the window or the door(maybe there was one, but I didn’t see it) but I know Hamza used to manage or work at the pizza place 3 or 4 doors down, Irving Pizza. So I go there. I recognize the guy at the counter who seems to be a relative of Hamza’s. I ask what’s going on with Eagle Ex. «Oooh, they’re not coming back for a while.» I ask what happened he says«They violated their lease and had to close.» Me: «Well, hey — I’m looking for my package. It’s perishable!» They’ve got a bunch of packages under the counter. He rifles around a while and finds mine. He gives me the package, doesn’t check my ID or anything. He doesn’t seem interested or care that I wasn’t contacted about this perishable package; he couldn’t really GAF and doesn’t want to be bothered. Its not like the pizza place is busy, he’s watching videos on his phone. When I express concern that no one told me about getting a perishable package he said«We make no apologies for this» — as if it’s my fault! I came back and gave him a pic of the top of the box, with the perishable notice and ask him to tell the Hamza to call me. He really doesn’t care. «What’s this?» when I leave the paper for him and Hamza to call me. «I want him to buy me new steaks.» He seems incredulous. But he says he’ll call Hamza right away. I haven’t heard from him. What a business practice: «We make no apologies for this.» Nobody called you to let you know Eagle EX went out of business and not to send your packages here anymore, but so what. It’s not our fault you trusted Eagle Ex! If they open back up, good luck with these guys. Frankly I think they make good pizza and I eat here several times a week. But if this is how they run their businesses I don’t trust them and I’ll eat elsewhere.

Excellent customer service. The gentleman who runs the shop is so helpful. We are remodeling for a salon and he has went out of his way more than once to stay late to make sure we got are packages. LOVEEAGLEEX. Thanks again for the great job you guys do.
