Down Etc

Their no return policy sucks. I paid 130.00 for two pillow that are substandard. I can’t even sleep on them they are so uncomfortable. I had bought pillows from them about eight years ago. I thought they would be same quality, they are not. Don’t waste your money because I am stuck with pillows I can’t use and out 130.00

I recently spent the night at a friend’s house … I felt as if I was in an upscale hotel… the pillows were cool and comfortable with the perfect level of firmness. The sheets and blanket were incredibly soft and luxurious! Everything came from Down Etc. — these items are going on my Christmas list!

They keep a large dog in the store. It sleeps on the pillows and everything else in there. Not only do I not like having my crotch sniffed when I go shopping it’s very unhygienic. The dog is a Doberman pinscher, full-​size, ran right up to me and my kid. I didn’t buy anything because I could see the dog hair everywhere. Go to nest instead. Right on ninth. No dog hair no dander no fleas.

Clearly from the five star rating, I think you know where this is going… Rebecca and her team are awesome, they clearly love and know what they are doing and offer an excellent product. Hear me out for a second. I dressed two beds, my master and my guest bedroom based on recommendations from Rebecca and her team. I have been sleeping better than I have for years. I am a single man, so I can get away with not making my bed. After dressing my beds with Down Etc. linens and such, I actually wake up and want to make my bed.
As you can tell by all other reviews, this is the real deal. Forget Macy’s, William Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn and others: support a small SF business with 5 star products and service.
To the team at Down, Thank you for changing ¹⁄₃ of my life. I love my bed especially the feather bed. Are you kidding me, every bed should have a feather bed. I also purchased beautiful sheets and I feel like I am sleeping in a five star hotel.

I know I am going on and on but if you have not been sleeping well, let Down Etc. take you on a journey. You will not regret it. If you have not noticed I am thrilled and grateful along with every other five star rated customer.

Love their product! I recommend it for all my hotels and residential clients. I sleep in their organic collection in my home, which is PERFECT!

awesome products. was in a great hotel in seattle loved the bedding so much i tore the tag off the pillows and featherbed… called the phone number and it was down etc in san francisco. excellent quality down featherbed, pillows and comforters. must be durable to stand up to hotel life! great at home too. (better than any other down product purchased in san francisco! wonderful friendly service. worth it.

About a month ago I got a down etc. down pillow and it has literally been a dream. What was I doing for the past 30 years sleeping on uncomfortable, lumpy synthetic pillows? My new down pillow is good quality, fluffy and supportive… my neck and shoulder pain has gone away and I’m sleeping more soundly through the night.
