I highly recommend this camp to any parent looking for a great camper experience. My son had a wonderful time and came home everyday talking about his day and everything he did. The staff members were nice and professional including greeting each camper by name (that is a big one in my book). We are lifers!

Really great camp. Kids (K and 1^st grade) enjoyed themselves very much and cannot wait to go next year. The counselors are friendly, great with kids and professional. Lunches provided too (at extra cost). Highly recommend.

We did 6 weeks of Doodles this past summer (3 last summer) and again joined the camp very much. We referred a few friends as well, so my daughter (only child) had a friend for each week she was there (Friends were all happy with the camp and will refer others!). What makes Doodles stand out for me is the quality of the camp counselors and it really comes through that they want to be hanging out with the kids and take their jobs seriously. Activities are varied and in/​outdoor and each week is thematic and there is «summer» learning happening! Favorites are Friday pancake breakfast, bouncy house day, scooter thursdays. Next summer, we will be old enough (2^nd grade) to go on the field trips so looking forward to it!

My children attended Camp Doodles last year, since we were new to the city and it was recommended to us by UCSF Family Services. They were ages 7 and 10 at the time and experienced campers. I was impressed at how much fun they were having. Not surprisingly, this year they did not want to attend any other camp but Doodles. The counselors are superb, the children are kept stimulated and there are plenty of ways that they can dissipate their boundless energy. The staff goes out of their way to decorate and design games for the weekly theme. My children absolutely love the camp and the staff.

Our daughter is 5 and this is her first camp experience. She absolutely loves Camp Doodles and has said to us «I want to go to camp forever». The design of the camp is super convenient, giving families options for kids to attend 1 day, 1 week, select week programs or all summer long. Great security system with consistent checkin/​checkout routine. You can order lunch or snacks in the morning you drop the child off. There’s a good mix of female and male counselors and each one is great with the kids and parents. The program is a good balance of structured activities mixed with creative variation. Tuesday is ice-​cream day, Wednesday is scooter/​skateboard day, etc. On a rare hot week in SF last month, Camp Doodles rented water slides. My daughter is stimulated, entertained and loved. Couldn’t ask for more!
