Great Job! The two person team showed up on time, was very friendly, did an excellent job, charged the estimated price, and even cleaned up. What more could you ask for?

I put a call out on FB to friends if they knew of a good plumber. I received 3 message referring me to De Leon Bros. All had use him in the past. I called him up and even though he said he was busy for the time I requested and probably couldn’t see me until monday (it was a friday) he was able to stop by to take a peak at the problem AND was able to fix it quickly. On top of him fixing my problem I was impressed with his professional manner and way of doing business. He was able send me an invoice via email right on the spot and I believe he takes credit cards as well which is helpful. I like being able to use someone locally and small business but still have the perks of big business.

I have used Francisco DeLeon multiple times. And I have passed his name and number on to several friends who have gratefully used his services as well
Recently I placed a call on Friday. He explained he could only come to see the problem Saturday. Arrived as promised even though it was his son’s birthday — gave me the needed advice — and returned to install a new toilet on Monday.
As a single woman, it is nice to have the confidence in Francisco’s work and advice.

We’ve used Francisco De Leon once before and needed his help again. I called on a Monday and left a voice message stating that we were past customers and needed help right away. I called him again on weds and asked why he hasn’t returned my call. «we are very busy, I’m afraid to answer the phone» he said. I said his not returning phone calls is not good for his reputation.
He again says they are very busy. I say I will get a plumber that can help me and will give that plumbers name to my friends. He says «is that why you called?» I said «no, I called you because we had work for you!»
I would have preferred him returning my call promptly to let me know they are too busy for new work.
I recommend giving your business to someone with ethical and professional standards.
