Cynthia helped us buy our first home. She was wonderful to work with. She showed us homes in Pacifica, Daly City, SF and San Rafael. We bridged 3 counties! She worked tirelessly for us! We had an impossible schedule with two full time jobs and two children with which to coordinate. Her flexibility was amazing! Cynthia really listened to us and showed us homes with features that appealed to us. She helped us prioritize and make the tough decisions that come along with home buying. Cynthia is an incredibly hard worker that advocates for her clients — she is a true «go-​getter.» Her follow through is quick and efficient — she helped us every step of the way with the home buying process.

Cynthia was amazing to work with. We were first time home buyers and she really taught us the ropes. We didn’t have a huge budget but I feel we came out on top, which is hard in the bay.
Her knowledge of the bay area is amazing! Our first time out with her she spent over half the day on a tour with us showing us all the neighborhoods from Pacifica to San Mateo. It was really impressive.
I also found her honest, real and personable. We ended up picking a fixer-​upper and Cynthia has been checking in on us and happy to provide referrals for names of contractors and other things. She’s in it for the long haul.
And she’s funny to boot :)

Cynthia help my us buy a home in Daly City. She was an expert in the area and immediately understood what we were looking for. She helped us understand the nuances of the various neighborhoods and helped us focus on the properties best matched what my family was looking for. She was very aggressive as a Realtor which you need if you plan to actually succeed in this market. She walked us through the process from beginning to end and followed up after the sale was complete. She continues to be an advisor and friend. I would definitely recommend Cynthia Pagan to anyone looking to buy a home.

Cynthia is a great realtor to work with; she will meet with you on the first day to understand your priorities be it size, safety, school district, location. She will indicate the pros and cons of the viewed properties and advice on the best course of action, not to mention being prompt and on time.
She helped me in buying my first home and walked me through everything, very patient and knowledgeable.
