Crest Royal Apartments

Ah, the Crest Royal. What can I say? My husband and I lived there for one year before we were able to get out of that special circle of Dante’s. The doormen are fantastic, I have nothing but love for them.
The «manager» basically tries to make your life difficult and spends about 4 hours a day walking her dog. I am ASTOUNDED she has that job. The reason our $ 3700 (which she took out of our deposit) for a scratched door made by the movers took so long to come back from insurance carrier is because she refused to work with them. It all worked out but took forever, no thanks to management.
This building is the loudest building you will ever live in. The Recology between 5am-​7am, the bus line, everything is loud. The quality of life here is not what it seems, but people do swarm to 1310 Jones because of its location. There are plenty of other housing options in this price range, so I recommend staying away from the Crest Royal.
