We tried using them for the business I work for. We had two broken computers: one was a Dell with a cracked screen. The other was a Samsung notebook with an exploded battery and a protruding mousepad. We called Dell to fix the first computer and they said it would be $ 319 plus taxes. CSI fixed both for a grand total of $ 340, only about $ 20 more than it would’ve cost us to fix the Dell computer. Plus, they ordered the parts and even dropped off and delivered the computers for us! They will be our go-​to team for our next computer issues.

CSI rocks! I now have roadside assistance for my computer. For a very affordable annual membership fee, they’ll service your computer as needed. After being totally blown off by another highly rated computer repair service here on Unilocal (business 101, return your customers calls!), I contacted CSI. They got back to me immediately and we scheduled a pick up date. That’s right, they drive to your location anywhere in SF and pick up your computer, couldn’t be easier. The guys came to my door in their uniforms and were very professional and friendly. My computer was cleaned of viruses and dropped off to me at my office within a few days. It’s running much faster now. I also asked the guys to take a look at some devices that weren’t syncing, and they even through in a new cord since that was the issue with one of them.

CSI sped up my laptop, removed a virus, installed virus protection,…and they did it in less than a day. Gracias, CSI. :)
