I signed up to park my mac server here because it was convenient and cheap. It was just that for a while, but then the fun began: 1. They doubled the price, going from affordable to not so affordable. 2. THey started placing surcharges for high bandwidth usage on the bills, even during periods when the server was powered down completely. 3. They physically moved the server without notice, powering it down by switching off the power to the unit, once causing a hard drive failure. 4. I notified them that I was taking my server and quitting the service. They refused to stop billing me unless I used a web form to quit; the web form doesn’t work, so they don’t acknowledge contract termination and keep on billing my credit card. … Getting the credit card company and the courts involved at this point…

My dear server never started up again after Coloserve(same company as Servepath, GoGrid) moved it from one cabinet to another(for reasons of their own). This already ticked me off, but the server was relatively old and my offsite backups were fine, so I decided to move to a VPS instead and removed it from the facility. Six weeks later, I’ve been unable to cancel my pricey service. The cancellation form on their customer support portal doesn’t work, so I called billing. Billing explained that they needed something in writing for the cancellation request, so I was told to file a support ticket if the cancellation form wasn’t working. I filed a support ticket but then never got more than the initial automated response. So far, I’ve paid full price for six weeks’ worth of an empty rack slot. Very displeased.

Cannot agree with the bad reviews here more. Their Terms of Service does not include cancellation instructions nor does it provide for auto-renewal of the contract but that doesn’t stop them from continually charging your credit card. And any attempts to actually cancel are impossible as they don’t return phone calls or emails. I’ve emailed to no avail and when I did get someone in billing on the phone she told me there was nothing she could do(Elizabeth). I believe they commit deceptive practices and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
