3 ½ stars. Definitely bring a friend that knows how to speak spanish when coming out to this bar or you will be pointing out what drink you want haha seem the main bartender is possibly the owner of the owners wife several local patrons drinking choppin it up with her haha she has pictures are all over the wall with her family and husband I think all over her hometown somewhere in Mexico or central america. drinks pretty good, for a dive bar we got something that taste like a bloody mary from what I saw that went in it was a modelo, clamato, pepper, salt my friend stated there was also hot sauce and a lime but this part I did not see. drink was pretty good. they got a pool table in the back, jukebox that plays alot of latin beats alot of music with trumpets mariachi type or bonda so I have been told due to the area you mite not want to wear certain colors like all blue or red just letting you know it is th city hahahaha. service *** price $ ambiance ** i think 3 flat screens, 1 pool table, 2 bathrooms, very small and dark good to go with friends on an off day

Latino Dive Bar! Quick!!! What’s Mexico’s national drink!!! Corona… Close… Tequila… Yeah probably, but I’ll pass since I got work tomorrow. Actually, I’ll say it’s a Michelada, which is a Mexican beer cocktail. Your choice of a Mexican lager, I went with the Modelo, mixed with fresh lime juice, Clamato, Worchestshire, salt, and hot sauce. Yeah, it sounds weird but it’s got this sweet, savory, spicy thing going on that’s addictive. It sorta reminds me of a Bloody Mary.( ) The owner, this older Mexican lady, really put a lot of effort into making the drink and even though we were the only non-Latinos in this Mexican dive everyone was really friendly or either to drunk to really care while me and the boys shot pool.( ) Soccer and telemundo play on the tv while the regulars sing in Spanish to the Mexican music from the jukebox. Good times. Don’t knock it til you try it.
