Eileen did an AMAZING job helping us with our move. We were connected to her through The Container Store, but I would absolutely hire her directly for any future needs. She was incredibly responsive, frequently sending messages late into the night (she works VERY hard, beyond her paid hours), and remembering even the tiniest of details to follow up later. She kept track of receipts, returns, itemized donation list so that we could claim the maximum deduction for donated items — things I am usually too busy to do. She double chedked our donations and returned items that were accidentallly discarded. Our closet looks fabulous, but beyond that I would trust her implicitly knowing that she has all the details covered and is very fair and honest. Thank you, Eileen!
