Chez Michele

We hired Chez Michele to cater for an event we recently held for clients in San Francisco. I am definitely glad I found Michele and her company — from beginning to end, she was great and easy to work with (something I find that many catering companies are not), was very flexible in accommodating a significant menu change in the week leading up to the event, and provided great food and excellent service on the night of.
All of the food was delicious and –even with the limited resources and space at our venue — at perfect temperature when served. If she offers you the Asian Marinated Lamb Chops with Blackberry Hoisin Gastric — do yourself a favor and hide a plate somewhere for yourself, they were fantastic. I didn’t hear anything but compliments for Michele’s staff and food from our guests.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Chez Michele to anyone looking for an event caterer in the area and will definitely use her when planning any future events in San Francisco.

We found Michele on Unilocal about a week before our event and couldn’t have been more pleased. We had an office party of about 30 people in a small space — Michele visited the office beforehand and was very prepared. The night of the event, her staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Very attentive.
Michele helped us tailor the menu and the food was a huge hit. We had the delicious mushroom profiteroles, the yummy crab cakes, and the incredible kobe sliders. They even created a «signature cocktail» for us. Can’t recommend Chez Michele enough. Thanks!

Michele and her excellent team catered our son’s engagement party at our home last Saturday. Everything about it was great. From the planning to the execution it went off perfectly. The food was fabulous and enjoyed by all, especially the Pork tenderloin that was melt in your mouth tender and the quesadillas. It was a cocktail party that started at 6 and didn’t end until 11! Plenty of food for all and no one went away hungry. Thanks Michele for making it a wonderfully stress free happy memory. I highly recommend Chez Michele for your next event

I recently had Chez Michele handle the catering at an event. I can’t say enough wonderful words about the service and quality of food. We had servers passing out hors d’oeuvres throughout a tight-​fitting lounge, and it all went by seamlessly.
The servers were cheery and exceptionally helpful. The food was something else. Items that were supposed to be warm came out piping hot, and food that was supposed to be cold was as such. Everything from the hummus platters, to the sliders, the caprese skewers, and those mushroom profiteroles (if I could stuff 20 of those in my mouth at once, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second) was absolutely delicious!
