I had a wonderful experience in this store. They have a great selection of quality sterling silver charms. A good majority of their merchandise is actually made in America. The best part of the store was the salesperson. She was so helpful. I am sorry that I did not get her name because I really want the store owner to know her value. She was working on Monday ⁸⁄₂₄. She knew all about the product. Thanks.

I went to pandora to look for a golden state bridge charm and they didnt have it so i walked over to this store. The charm fits my pandora bracelet. Happy with my purchase.

I was looking for something very specific and this place is the only store that had what I was looking for. Was very happy to find what I wanted and had a nice chat about the city with the 2 sales people in the store as I am new to S.F.

Wholly overpriced, but an amazing selection. As someone with a traditional charm bracelet, it’s often difficult to find proper charms these days. Lots of places have ditched them in place of bead-​style charms only. Charms By The Bay offered really polite and helpful service and we had a lovely discussion about souvenir charms being all about the memory. The lady at the shop shares my belief that $ 25 for a silver charm is far nicer than $ 20 for a tshirt that won’t stick around long. I decided on a very unique San Francisco charm and, even though the price was more than I would’ve preferred, it’s beautiful and great quality.

This is probably one of the most unwelcoming stores I have been to. EVERYTHING is in cases… and I mean EVERYTHING… so you cannot even guess the prices so I have no idea how their prices are. The sales person had their head tucked into their cell phone and honestly I was in no mood to ask the price of everything I might want to buy so I just walked through and walked out. This is one of those places where you go for something specific since they seem to have a lot of charms. It just seems like an odd place to put a store like that but apparently they are not that concerned about selling anything.

This store is actually a lot bigger than it looks. They carry traditional charms, Italian charms and bead charms (pandora). They have quite a big selection. I found the staff to be friendly and attentive. Just peering in the cases the sales associates asked if I needed assistance. It’s always nice not to have to flag someone down form help.

I purchased a pendant here years ago, which broke 2 days later. although they fixed it for me it broke again years later. not to mention it was a horrible job because the top was completely black and not gold which now makes me think it probably isn’t even real gold but is plated. which wasn’t worth the money I spent on it. I dropped off my pendant to be fixed again on 3÷16÷14 and it its now today 4÷16÷14 and I’m still waiting on it. I have showed up 4 times to only get the run around from a guy named Blake. which entailed several phone calls and back and forth text messages as well. Yesterday I spoke to a woman who apparently owns the place «Christine» and she was wow! I cant believe she owns a company. SO RUDE, ARROGANT AND SARCASTIC. I spoke to her yesterday to notify her as to what had been going on with one of her employees. She asked if the pendant I had was hollow. I said yes! she asked why would I buy a pendant that is hollow… her analogy she used was «that’s like buying a hollow watermelon, its bound to break? lol really? then why sell that to a customer then? what is that saying about your product? helloooo! anyway, then she went on to tell me how she was an R.N. and used to save lives so she could see why not having my pendant for a month was a huge disaster. sarcastic and rude comment made to a customer who has been waiting to pick up a pendant and getting the run around for a month. wow! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Overpriced. Poor customer service. Hard t o get a hold of.

WOW WOW WOW… If you are looking for a charm either in sterling or gold it will be found here. This shop has the best and most extensive selection I have ever seen. I could have gotten into real trouble in this shop… so many beautiful charms. The guy who helped us was from New Zealand and soooooo friendly and patient as we looked at so many charms. This is a great store.

If you are an avid charm collector then you could do a lot of damage in here! There are charms for everything you could think of and it can be overwhelming but the sales rep that help me was very patient and informative with their product which help me made my decision. All of their charms were either sterling silver or 14k gold and they had a nice selection of each material. A great little shop, well maintained and I had lot of fun browsing through all of their merchandise. I would recommend this place to any charm collector.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. I have never seen such a selection of charms. They have any kind of charm you want in gold or silver, including Pandora. The service was very pleasant and helpful. I will be shopping at this store again.

My husband and I stopped by this place this weekend b/​c I saw that they carry Pandora. The female, Asian sales associate (didn’t catch her name) was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t greet us and we were the only ones in the store. I asked her to see the Pandora bracelets and she seemed pissed I even asked her. She was annoyed I was asking questions and wouldn’t even search for the size I needed. I got so annoyed I just left. I ended up finding a very friendly jewelry store at the mall near our hotel where I purchased Pandora items.
