Best boot camp ever! Fun, invigorating and awesome coaching. Can do way more than I ever thought. Easy location, one on one coaching, and lots of fun. She pays attention to what you need and helps you get there.
Inspiring, not to be missed. It is so nice to work out doors in the park and various locations in the area.

Working out doesn’t get any better than with Maureen! I have a hard time staying serious around her, we have the best time whether it be jumpin rope like a kid to other movements that you haven’t done in far too many years to exploring the many different trails of GG park, or gasping for breath after the hardest workout at Baker beach. An added bonus is that she is a great life coach as well. She always has the best advice that is practical and down-​to-​earth. Thanks Maureen!

«Endless source of motivation» should be Maureen’s tagline. I’ve been training with Maureen (cycling) for the last 3 months. With her cheering me on alongside me, we accomplished together my first 50 miler (the Loop) and an accidental 70 miler.
The result: One year at the gym — no weight loss. 3 months with Maureen, 5 lbs down.
She is definitely excited about fitness, and her excitement is infectious for sure. Thanks Mo!

I was introduced to Maureen through a mutual friend, one week before my first triathlon. My only regret is that I didn’t contact her sooner. I have never been more nervous to do anything. With Maureen’s extensive experience in doing Triathlons she was able to provide me with crucial pointers and advice that I found essential during the race. She helped me realize that these goals I had set for myself are easily achievable. Maureen is professional and at the same time extremely approachable, friendly and loves what she does. For example, Maureen went out of her way to email multiple times before the race to give final pointers. I would definitely recommend Maureen to my friends and family, she is just great!
