Candlestick Cove

Pretty strange complex right by the freeway. Odd not only because the security is tighter than Fort Knox, but because it resembles a film set you know is more smoke and mirrors than reality. The interior halls are made of stone, which means zero cell phone reception until you’re inside a unit, or by a window (there aren’t many). Some units have huge balconies, which would be awesome if the water wasn’t blocked by office buildings that likely have been there long before this fortress. The security is only there until 11pm so after that its residents and their guests only. There’s a disconcerting surround sound volume of traffic swishing past on the freeway just around the corner. Easy to get in and out of the area by car. Commuting? Forget it. There’s a shuttle but I doubt it runs often. I can say it was nice laying on the lobby chaise lounge as I waited for my cab. There’s that.

I absolutely love the security here, safe, gated area very nice! People stay to them selfs which is nice. Parking is great since you have your own space *con* about parking you only have one space to each unit so if you have two cars the guest parking is 10 dollars a day. The raccoons at this community is definitely the biggest problem here. They sneak in the parking garages and eat the garbage. Also the pet area they need to spray flea control. And by the elevator they have lots of flies but over all this place is very nice, quiet, family oriented place to live !

Awesome place to live. Just moved in recently and already love it. Can’t wait until they finish developing the community in a couple years.
