C.H. Burnham Construction

I had a great experience with this company — C.H. Burnham and his entire team, especially his foreman Jason. This is a top notch contractor firm who did a top to bottom remodel and renovation of an 1890 Victorian in Pacific Heights. My clients purchased this home and we were able to interact with Chris on the final punch list and details. This guy is a pro and his team was as well. They were on time, cleaned up when done every day and respectful in all of our interactions. It is a class act and these guy are detail people which is so rare to find in a contractor.
When we made our offer it was a heated bidding process and we had to buy the house with only a pest inspection and no other reports. We were able to get a detailed contractor inspection from a trusted inspector of mine on the day that we closed. Wow. our inspector loved the work done and knew Jason. What a small world. It meant a lot to me to get his endorsement and verification that the worked looked sound in addition to be being gorgeous.
