I bought a Kindle here, and it was reported Stolen! I cannot register the device, and ended up a piece of junk. Dishonest selling practices. The shopkeepers were helpful but didn’t know much about electronic items. There were few Kindles on sale, and they couldn’t distinguish or tell the differences.

Nice place, got lucky enough to find a parking spot right across the street.
Was coming to look at a guitar, a Epiphone telecaster copy, needs a lot of work to get playable. So after looking at the item I wanted and explaining the deficiencies and what it needed repaired the woman accepted my offer that was 25% of the listed price. That pretty much covered my gas cost to drive up there from Santa Cruz.
If definitely drive back up if they listed something else I’m interested in.

Most useless pawn shop ever. Don’t take your business here. They don’t care about they’re customers and don’t want to help.

I had previously written of a very negative experience that I had with Buy, Sell. Loan, I have amended the review because, while I have to say I am still upset by what happened, Frank, the General Manager, reached out to me and was extremely kind, sympathetic, professional, and rectified the situation. He apologized, which meant a lot. While I will never pawn or sell an item here again, this company deserves the distinction of stepping up and treating a long time customer very well.
Salvador was very polite.

In a pinch pawn shops can be a great help. This one is not it. Shady but I guess location helps. I would not personally use this one as a seller or buyer.

Don’t try selling any pro audio equipment here. These guys don’t know anything. I brought them a brand new RME UFX Fireface and they tried to give me 400 dollars for it and none of them had any idea what it was or what an AD converter even was. I kept it of course. Clueless.

All I’ve got to say is Carlos is awesome! Super nice, straight to the point and after BSing with him for awhile we haggled where I eventually got a great deal! I’ll definitely bring my business back, it’s a place that allows small business relationships and friendships to form creating better haggling sessions and greater discounts! Don’t be an a** to them and they’ll be sure to hook you up. As always cash is King and bullsh** walks.

Went there a while back to sell a ring I had no use for and an employee named Sonny was super cordial and helpful, he took care of the issue immediately. He provided amazing service and that is the reason I will go back to this store. Ask for him when you go there.

Not impressed with there customer service. Was treated like I was interrupting them from whatever they were doing, just by walking in.

This Shop RULES. They have always been courteous, generous and non judgmental.

This is the place to go to get top $ for your valuables. They are honest, fair, and very informative, especially when it comes to a new customer. This establishment is the first I have seen of its kind, where when it comes down to actually wanting to provide excellent customer service, they never sell themselves short. Unlike the other pawn shops which, Fyi there are 3 other pawnshops located blocks away where you’d think that the person behind the counter considers himself a king, or thst hid job is so important, that you (the customer) even opening your mouth to ask one little question is poisoning to his mind. But here it is excellent customer service every time. One employee I believe his name is Diego, helped me with my transaction and he was a great guy. He caes about your belongings and truly cares about his job and from my observations, it looked like other employees here do as well. I give it 5 stars and I highly recommend going here rather than the other 3 shops like it on the same block. I will definitely be a return customer. They are here to HELP you in times of need. Items for sale here are relatively few, but they’re all of the utmost quality.

Wow this is the best pawn shop in the city!!! The staff was amazing. Mayra and Estefany was very fun, and pleasant. I came in hoping to find a MacBook Pro and I found what I wanted plus the price was so reasonable. If you want and need a pawn shop this is the one!!!
