Burger King

Hello BK… I came to this location after running some errands in the area. This BK employed the most rude employees who would not hesitate to laugh at their customers. I wanted to redeem a coupon on my phone and they laughed. Hey… What was so funny? I do not think it was funny except you were being extremely rude. As a side note, you also got my drink wrong. I requested a Diet Coke and I got a regular Coke !!! I did not know until I got home. I have repeated that a couple times but you still managed to get it wrong.

The people that work here are super nice. My 4 year old needed to use the bathroom. All mom’s know that when a 4 year old has to go, they HAVE to go.
The manager was awesome and opened up the dining room after it had been cleaned to let us use the restroom. He is my hero! I think his name was Juan but I didn’t completely catch it.
Also, BTW Burger King has veggie burgers. Awesome for people like me that eat vegetarian grub.
Chain restaurants get such a bad rap sometimes and not enough people appreciate how hard it is to work in food service. Especially fast food. But trust me, it is just as hard to work in a fancy restaurant as it is to work in fast food.
Same floors have to be mopped, same dishes have to be done.

Didn’t have any problem here with my burger and fries. Love the decoration that they got for Halloween. It’s nice to find a fast food restaurant to keep up with the holiday spirit.

I feel this location is often understaffed but the service is quick here considering there are only a few employees working. Burger King is not as busy as the Jack In The Box or McDonald’s in the area because BK food is not that good.

No the best by any means. I usually come here after I drop my car of to my mechanic. Every time I come here I get the same strange vibes. The staff seems uninterested and my food is always gross. In having been to other Burger King locations I know what my food should taste like when it is cooked correctly.
I get the chicken sandwich combo and for some reason this location does not make the sandwich right!!! I mean, the meal is really simple but it is always horrible. I only frequent here every 4 months or so with the hope that I will finally get my order the way it is suppose to be but they continue to fail.
I may have to venture out more to find a more suitable place to eat in the area. My standards for fast food is not high but when it comes to something so simple I expect it to be right.
Just be careful if you come here, especially if you use the drive-​thru. You might not realize your order is wrong or taste horrible till you get home. Check before you leave!!!
And yes, homeless do love to roam around the outside asking for change. They also like to come inside and ask customers for change to get SOMETHING TO EAT, aka something to DRANK!!!

I come here about twice a month and every time is the exact same experience. This is really one of the best BK’s in the Bay Area.
I usually get the Chicken Nuggets and they are always fully cooked and very hot. The soda machine always works and the bathroom clean for a BK.
I will be back.

its pretty clean and done up, the service is fast if the owner is there, its a bit slower when hes not, but still fast
I order off the value menu which is quite good
the food tastes better than the van ness burger king and is cheaper

Ill keep this simple:
watched staff laugh at customers. the staff are real winners here.
watched staff charge 25 cents for a bag where everywhere else in the city charges 10 cents. i didnt realize BK was such a swanky place to charge 2.5x premium over normal establishments of SF.

Why do they have to start sweeping the floor when customers are eating. I’m Asking All THE Ppl Out THERE Is To OKAY FOR Restaurants To Do that???
Plus the bag is 25 cents I think they just making use of the law I know 10 cents sounds right but 25 cents come on now they got me tripping right now. But it’s cool it’s Sunday!!!

This location is on Bayshore, you hardly notice it until u are ready to go on freeway! Most horrible food, chicken sandwich wver… tasted like old fish, bun harder than a rock and not another soul around!!! In never gonna go back there! If they had zero stars i would put that !!! Food is terrible at this bk!!!

Got a 330 calorie chicken wrap for less than two bucks! I am not a fan of Burger King; to be honest I eat here about once or twice per year and I do it when there are no other fast food restaurants nearby. I was dazzled with the soda fountain, it’s probably the best one I have seen at a chain restaurant. The store was clean and the cashier was very attentive when she took my order. Overall it was pretty good, much better than I would expected for a chain restaurant.

OK…I admit it: my guilty pleasure is a BK Whopper. This Burger King location, conveniently close to my house, is always super clean. And get this: the folks behind the counter will actually *smile* and are friendly (a rarity in the world of fast food!).
But 5 stars for a fast food joint? Sure… and here’s more reasons:
* drive-​thru open 24 hours
* free designated customer parking
* right off 101 & 280
* spotless (including bathrooms)
* excellent rating from the SFHD
Extra points for not laughing at my attempts to use my less-​than-​perfect elementary school Spanish.

One of the better kings around burger is always fresh and fries always hot the peeps aren’t always friendly but who cares it drive thru

The menu and everything is horrible at Burger King. Staff waste other customers time by engaging in needless conversations. The digital menu is switching to 3 different programs so better remember what you want. And everything on the Dollar Menu is bit size, finished in 2 bites.

I don’t know why many people are rating this Burger King 1 – 3 stars. This Burger King location it not that bad. It is A little small. Any way. I went into this burger because I was craving a Hershey’s pie. The pie tasted so good. I am so coming back to this location when I am in the area.

Love the remodel. So much better. The service is fast and very friendly! No matter hat time of day. I asked for half onion rings and half French fries and they always give it to me. My food is always fresh as well. I also get the chicken apple salad someones. The chicken is so tender and the salad is crisp and fresh! The portions are great for the price.

Tonight I didn’t have a boyfriend again so I went to Burger King to go get a hot fudge sundae. Actually, first I went to McDonalds to get a hot fudge sundae and I demanded my money back when the chocolate was not hot fudge, but icky weird sour chocolate yuck.
Afterward, I decided to stick with it and try my good friend BK.
The order-​taker person totally misheard my order — she thought I said mocha latte instead of hot fudge sundae. But to her credit, there was a loud truck engine in the background and I had a suspicion she hadn’t understood me. Anyway, when she realized the mistake, she immediately apologized and quickly made me this amazing sundae (tons of chocolate holllerrrrr). She smiled at me, made good eye contact, and never made me feel bad for rejecting the latte she would’ve given me.
With fast food, I feel like it’s completely understandable to fuck up someone’s order. You have a shitty job where you make shitty money and you make shitty food for mostly shitty people. I probably wouldn’t pay attention, at least I didn’t when I worked Arby’s in high school. I care more about how restaurants deal with their mistakes. And the fact that this Burger King has cultivated at least one respectful, professional employee, I give it a five stars fo sho.

Yes, 5 stars for this BK — its incredibly clean, well lit, safe, has electric jacks at 8 of the sit in tables, and the service was fast and great. If you’re stuck around the industrial district waiting on your car, some produce, or a taxi company, this is a great place to hang, pull out your computer and chill. — yes, I said pull out a computer. Basically, this is a Starbucks that happens to have fries.
Now to get a little high-​level on this. Let’s be real. The food and quality of a fast food restaurant or audio quality of a drive through is not going to compare with a real restaurant — I understand why overall this BK has a two-​star rating. But as far as fast food restaurants go, esp. those in SF, this one is top notch! There’s not a bunch of crackheads trying to get into the bathroom. It’s near 101. Plenty of parking. Sunny little corner East of the freeway.

Nice spot for a quick grub and I do have to really admit that the food here is fresh. Of the several times I’ve been to this BK, I have always had a very satisfying experience here. I’ll definitely come here again when I need to get something to munch on.

I came in for breakfast today ordering the #8 which is a Muffin Breakfast Sandwich with Hash Brown Rounds with a small coffee. Subtotal of the three items plus Sales Tax come out to be about $ 5. Three breakfast items for less than $ 5 — a very affordable meal indeed. Overall, friendly staff and good service!
I noticed the score card they have posted by the cash registers. The score was a 93 from the San Francisco Department of Public Health. An Inspection Score of 93 is a very good score. It seems to me that the staff here works hard to keep this place clean. I’ll still come here for breakfast if I need a quick breakfast then head to school or work.
This BK restaurant gets 5 stars:
— For having a parking lot designated for customers (+1)
— No long lines (+2)
— Spacious and seating availability (+2)

This restaurant looks even better after going through a renovation. Entire facility looks clean — PROPS! The soda fountain is now a modernized machine where it’s a touch screen soda selection. Definitely another nice spot in the area to visit for a quick grub.
FYI: Free Wi-​Fi is now available via attwifi (AT&T Wi-​Fi) for customers’ convenience while dining in. Double bonus points for this amenity!
