I see that place, is very funny. It’s like aria 51 in marina. I think city should investigate this place more serious than they do. It’s really getto 94 123 :)

Safe neighborhood, not exactly the cleanest hotel but new management is working hard to renovate the place. Manager D is awesome, very friendly, helpful, and will go out of his way to make sure residents are safe. As far as the hotel guests go everyone is pretty friendly, Idk what the previous reviewer is talking about.. .
