Again Beverly has done me right. She was my trusted friend in a SOMA purchase in 2005 and has been successful in supporting the sale of the same property in 2015. Given that I live in Belgium, she was my eyes and ears on the ground — coordinating the renovation of my condo and organizing many of the details that I could not managed from abroad. Beverly is probably the best real estate agent in SF with the ultimate service orientation, combining strategic insight with a strong action orientation. In the sale of my property she not only negotiated the best possible return on my investment, she made the process easy and even enjoyable :-)

I have an unpredictable schedule, and house shopping was relegated to online and from 2−4pm on Sundays. Beverly adjusted herself and her schedule to accommodate mine. Email, texts, voice mail, impromptu feedback and phone calls. I gave Beverly about 5 different types of units I was interested in (SFH, multi, etc.) and as many different SF locations. She listened and kept homing in on what might work for me. We found the perfect house, price and location for me.
It was a no brainer that I would also have Beverly sell my SOMA loft. She took charge and brought a revolving door of resources to fix, clean, paint, refinish, stage and get my place on the market in a week and a half. Offers were received in the first week, and it closed in 3 weeks.
The whole buy/​sell was done in a little over 2 months. Amazing!
