I will keep this review short and to the point: I was diagnosed with Stage III Esophageal cancer back in 2010. Dr. Bertrand Tuan SAVES my life. He is an exceptional diagnostician and treats his patients with Understanding and Respect.

Dr. Tuan is a phenomenal doctor. I had a bad experience with another hematologist and decided to switch. I didn’t know much about Dr. Tuan but after being a patient of his for over a year now, I can honestly say I feel very at ease knowing he’s my doctor. His staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. It makes me feel good to have Dr. Tuan «on my team». I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Tuan, a hematology specialist, first treated me when I was in CPMC for a week last year after the Dr. Hume, who was on call while my primary care physician was on maternity leave, discovered that I had blood clots. During that harrowing time and all subsequent follow-​up and preventive treatments, Dr. Tuan has always been compassionate, thoughtful, and responsive. I highly recommend him.
