I love ice cream. I eat ice cream wherever I go! I love Ben and Jerrys! This shop was dirty and my scoop of ice cream tasted like a stale old freezer! Such a disappointment on a hot day!

Great location — Everyone wants an ice cream on a fine sunny winter day, which felt more like summer! Service was ok. The queue was long even tho the ice cream was pricey — Could’ve bought a tub for thr same price but it won’t be the same

I love Ben and Jerry’s, and I expected reasonable consistency across franchises. But the ice cream at this location was very crunchy – ice crystals in every flavor. At tourist prices($ 5.25 for a single scoop), this felt especially unacceptable, though perhaps predictable as no one is likely to be a regular. If you were wise enough to check Unilocal, steer clear of this establishment. The service was friendly!

The prices are outrageous!!! The service SUCKED! Well the girl who helped me was nice. Cheyanne on the other hand was not professional at all. I dont care if you close in 5 minutes or and hour. You do not let a line form and have one person wait on them while u CLEAN. You close at 10. Why are u getting ready at 9:10. It freaking ice cream it doesnt take long to clean up. Owner should be aware of there RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL employee!!! Shes got to go. Shes bad for business By the way if you do close at 930 like she said then change your times on your website.

What a ripoff! $ 5 for 1 small scoop of ice cream! I can buy a whole gallon for that in the grocery store. Everyone raves about B&J’s but the ice cream is no better than what you get in the store. Obviously you’re paying for the name, the hype, the location, and their gimmick for coming up with flavor names. Don’t waste your money.

The sun is out. Beautiful day. But the day won’t be complete without any ice cream! Addicted to chocolate and mint cookie shake is absolutely my faves! Long lines. Irritated workers. Oh well I got my shake!

No issues with the ice cream of course, although not too many flavor choices at this location. But the long lines here aren’t due necessarily to the number if people but to the painfully slow service. It took our gal approximately 25 minutes to get one 2 scoop dish of ice cream, 1 shake, and 3 smoothies. 3 of the 5 of us were finished before she had served the last member of our family. Watching the others, it appeared they were almost as slow. Will NEVER go here again.

My daughter bought a Mint Cookie Shake for $ 6.75. What she had in her wallet is a small portion of what she has saved from past holidays. It was hot out so I asked if she wants a milkshake. To my surprise and delight, she said, «Yes» so we walked over and that was when she said she would like to buy it w/her own money. I was very proud of her as I watched her go up to the window, politely ordered, and paid for her overpriced milkshake. She asked me if I wanted anything, that she will pay for me but after looking at the prices, I’m thinking. «Hell no» even though I would have loved a chocolate milkshake. The milkshake(I tasted it) was creamy, subtle minty flavor, and smooth. My daughter enjoyed it and finished it.
