This Bebe is pretty much my favorite. They have more of a selection than the one at SF Centre, and all the associates in this location are SO helpful. I’ve come in multiple times, and I am always greeted and offered assistance. It’s so refreshing to see people who actually take some pride in their work-it definitely shows, and it makes the sale.

Love pencil skirts @ Bebe! Long, but skin tight to show all your shapes and curves. Perfect for work or evening. It’s never too crowded and the sales people are always attentive. Thank you ladies for all your help!

Bebe is my go to shop for sexy dresses. This location is super close to my office, so I can run in here for any last minute shopping should I’m looking for something special for that night. I ran in there earlier and was the very first person to try the brand new Kardashian collection out today(I was a huge fan of their last collection, so I literally RAN in there this morning right when it opened). I absolutely LOVED every piece I tried on and ended up going home with three HOT dresses(including this one: ) and one bootylicious pair of leather shorts. Everything was priced under $ 120, which is an amazing deal since the pieces look like they could be three times as much, and they are designed by the Kardashians. Michael, one of the managers, was super helpful and was an excellent second opinion. I love getting a man’s opinion when it comes to dresses. I just look for their facial expression the second I step out of the dressing room, and know if the piece is a winner. While I wanted to buy everything I tried on, I had to limit myself and not get two of the same piece in different colors. But I left one happy customer!

Wow, I got both ends of the customer service spectrum here just a few days apart by some of the same girls. Last friday, when I set my first foot in the store the greeter at the front completely suffocated me. She was very friendly but kept rambling on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on about the sales they were having. Which is generally cool right?! who doesn’t like a sale? But its like she she named every single style, cut, color, material, and season the sale item belonged to. Instead of greeting me, then telling me there are«dresses or blouses on sale» then point to the area. I only wanted to go straight to the shoes, because there was a specific one I had been eyeing for a few weeks. They didn’t have my size, but the mall did. When I asked how to get there I was given a sassy attitude, and when I asked for specifics the girl obviously didn’t know what I was talking about. (I went to the mall the next day, got my shoes not the color I wanted ;(and I was helped by super friendly and helpful girls) Today I went back in, not greeted. I went in looking for a specific dress I saw online since I wasn’t offered any help, I just looked for it on my own. Since I spent about 7 minuted looking with no luck, I decided to ask for help. I approached the counter all 3 girls one girl behind the counter one girl in front one girl in front of the jewelry table. All within 8 feet of each other. NOONE acknowledged me. I tried to interrupt their conversation… no one flinched. I tried to put my hand up and speak up, nothing. I walked around to the front of the counter, one girl looks and me gave me the fastest obligation smile then looked away. Nada… girl behind the counter walked to the dressing room and as she was walking back noticed me, then offered to help me. When she finally did, she was friendly and helpful, but totally unaware of her surroundings. I think some of the girls need to take their job a little more seriously and be consistent w/their customer service. Otherwise their selection and everything else was decent :)
