I live in a small condo building. After speaking with Ed on the phone and receiving his bid, we decided to hire him to fabricate a small iron stair case and an additional handrail. It took him nearly ONE YEAR to complete this small job. He had to come out & measure a couple of times. After the initial installation, his wife calls demanding full payment but the job wasn’t complete. After finally installing one last piece, it is done incorrectly and none of his people noticed until it was pointed out to them.
The entire experience left me feeling this guy’s business is not professionally run nor are they attentive to the customer. He himself is nice enough but he cannot seem to run a business in a professional manner.
